I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Sophocles for the exceptional care she has provided to my wife. Her professionalism, compassion, and expertise make her an outstanding gynecologist. From the very first visit, she took the time to listen, explain every detail, and provide the most effective treatment. Knowing my loved one is under such knowledgeable and attentive care brings us both immense peace of mind. We truly feel lucky to have found Dr. Sophocles. She is simply the best!
First time here and i instantly felt welcomed.
I was greeted by the staff in a very polite and professional manner. The doctor I spoke with was very patient with any concerns I had and is very thorough which put my mind at ease.
Its about 45 minutes drive but i have no problem making that drive to continue seeing the obgyn at this office. Absolutely amazing experience!
My whole experience was fantastic! It was easy to schedule my new patient appointment online, the paperwork was super fast and not crazy! Jenn at the desk was very helpful! Ashley the medical assistant was so nice and friendly and Renata was welcoming and put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend the practice!
Office is run terribly, not sure who does the scheduling, but they do not know what they are doing, nor do they listen to the patient. I made my first ever appointment roughly 2 months in advance. My appointment was in one week. I get a call from a woman regarding my appointment saying I need to switch doctors because the doctor I am scheduled with is a surgeon and is needed elsewhere. Well if that is the case, why did the person I originally scheduled this appointment with, schedule me with this doctor? Why does this doctor have availability if she’s a surgeon? It’s extremely rude and inconsiderate to try to switch me to someone else last minute, knowing how long it took to even get this appointment. I told her I do not understand why I need to switch when this appointment was made in advance. Her response was “Well there are other patients who booked way before you did, like 3 months in advance”. Clearly this office over books appointments and does not know how to schedule properly. I am obviously upset at this point and request to cancel my appointment, the lady on the phone is refusing to cancel the appointment and says she is keeping it, and her last attempt to keep me by gaslighting me and saying “You will not find another appointment sooner”. LOL obviously not, the appointment is a week from now. I will not go to an office that can’t handle basic things like scheduling. I will find a much better and efficient office to go to.
UPDATE: The person I spoke with on Wednesday (12/11/24) did NOT cancel the appointment as I requested MULTIPLE times. Days after I requested to cancel the appointment, I am receiving emails and text messages to confirm my appointment. I ended up having to cancel the appointment myself via text message. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend going to this office at all.
I am extremely happy and pleased with the care I’ve received from Dr. Ramani. She is incredibly caring, thorough, and patient. Dr. Ramani takes the time to explain everything in great detail, ensuring I fully understand my treatment and options. She genuinely listens to my concerns and never makes me feel rushed during appointments. Her attentiveness and dedication is truly exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Ramani to anyone seeking compassionate and comprehensive care.
My appointment with Dr. Ranieri was excellent, she took the time to discuss all the options and potential side effects for an upcoming procedure. The office staff were kind and helpful and the whole appointment process was quick and easy!
Wonderful experience with Sarah Shami. She provides an abundance of compassionate care that is so very hard to find these days. I’m thrilled to have found her and this practice. I’m confident that I am in the very best hands. I’m very happy to highly recommend Sarah. She is outstanding.
A warm and welcoming experience from start to end. Sarah was efficient and focused in addressing key health factors and a care plan on my very first visit. I enjoyed seeing how engaged with and warm and respectful the overall staff were towards all clients.
