My first time in office and I had Dr Lopez. She was very sweet and showed attention to my concerns. I be hesitant to try new doctors because some just want to get you in and out but she took her time explaining what procedures she was going to do and what route she recommended for my case. Really liked it here!! Definitely glad my pcp referred me to her
I am beyond disgusted with the absolute incompetence and lack of care I encountered while trying to make an appointment at your office. It's incredible that you advertise for new patients when it’s blatantly clear your office has zero interest in actually accommodating them.
The entire experience was infuriating. From rude, unhelpful staff to being brushed off without any real answers or assistance—it was a waste of my time. If you don't want new patients, stop pretending you do. It’s false advertising and frankly, disgraceful.
As someone from Dallas, this is not the standard of care or professionalism I expect from a medical practice. Your office is an embarrassment to the profession. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid your clinic unless you drastically improve.
Fix this mess, or stop wasting people’s time.
Dr. Ebrahim is absolutely outstanding. I carry her card for those times someone is looking for care because her knowledge and professionalism has made such an impression on me. Lovely office and everyone at the practice is fun and easy to work with. Top notch.
If you have an issue Dr. Response will be something along the lines of you can always find another OBGYN.
Once you decide to go to another OBGYN and you request release of your medical records. The fax will not go through... 2 separate faxes sent a week apart (214) 987-1657. "They haven't received it." We offered to email it. They don't have an email address to send it over.
New OBGYN will not schedule appointments until we get the medical records released and faxed.
Feel like my family is being held hostage by this clinic. Not a good feeling.

Update October 16, 2024: I personally dropped off the signed Medical records release form on October 7, 2024 before 8:30 a.m. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not in the office. I was told medical records would be faxed to my new OBGYN by front desk staff. I called the office at 4:30 p.m. October 7, 2024, no answer. I called again October 8, 2024 at 8:24 a.m. and was told that they got busy and forgot to call and tell me they need a different medical record release form in order to release the records. I then asked to speak to the manager to try and resolve the issue. I was told I should get a call back later that day, October 8, 2024. It is October 16, 2024 and no call back.
Adore Dr. Jenner! She's been incredible during my pregnancy. Thoughtful in answering any and all questions or concerns. The front desk team is always attentive and friendly. Never a long wait, if any. Office is always clean. App for appointments, notes, contacting a nurse quickly is easy. Would highly recommend this entire team!
Went there my whole pregnancy. Dr. Jenner is THE best. Scheduled an induction just to make sure she was the one delivering my baby back in March and still see her as a GYN. Love her and all the staff!
It took me 7 months and 1 hour of my time to figure out how to adjust my review to 5 stars, but it was all worth it.
Dr. Ebrahim's office is incredible! We had some issues a few months ago that have since been resolved. I am eternally grateful for the care I've received from this office. They care about their patients and are willing to do whatever it takes to make them happy and healthy! Forever my favorite doctor.
I have been seeing Dr Ebrahim for several years and just love her and the staff. They are always upbeat and I feel comfortable talking about any issues with them. Highly recommend!
