Dr. Puffer is knowledgeable and patient. She listens and addresses concerns appropriately and in terms anyone can understand. The staff are friendly and the office operates efficiently. I was scheduled quickly and the wait in the office is not usually long.
Dr P was such a nice lady. My first visit with her and she came off caring and very kind. She explained everything to me and answered all questions without rushing me or making me feel like just another patient. I would definitely recommend her to be your choice of obgyn
Also, Dr C she was very helpful throughout my experience ( she took over when Dr P shift came to an end at the hospital )

Overall WHS is a great place to be a parent of and I recommend.
After reading reviews and doing research I decided to make my appointment with Dr. Joy Carter, had my appointment with her and was very very happy. I felt like she heard all of my concerns and took her time with me and didn’t have me feeling like she was in a rush to get to her next patient. Her Medical Assistant was also just as amazing and attentive. Waiting area, the front desk staff was friendly and only waited about 10 min to get into a room. I definitely recommend Dr. Carter.
This is just for the billing, only: Billing, ONLY!
Their billing, is useless! I have a bill that's nearing three months past due, and I have reached out three different times with the attempt to clarify the billing issue. Prior to my appointment, my insurance was verified, clarified, and understood by billing. I have a three tier insurance, this office falls under the third tier. They billed my first tier, AFTER, verifying they have to bill the THIRD tier. Again, they verified this prior to making my appointment and while checking in for my appointment. I've been with them for over twenty years, they're tight when it comes those who owe money. They will literally cancel appointments, terminate patients and send balances to your credit if you do not pay your debt. The very few times I had a balance, I immediately paid it or set up a payment arrangement.
At this point, I tried to file a complaint with the BBB; but was not able; they are not accredited. I sent, ANOTHER, message to the billing department, lets see how it goes this time. At this point, I feel like the only way it will be taken care of is, if I file the claim on my own and I should not have to do that. If I were on WHS payroll, I wouldn't mind doing that.
Ridiculous, simply, ridiculous!
To end this on a superb note....Dr. Peppler, is amazing!!!!!
I have been a patient of Dr Brown for a few years and no major issues until now. This year after an ultrasound, a polyps was discovered and I've had the worst time getting schedule for my procedure. I know it's the end of the year but I'm still suffering in the meantime. My primary doctor sent the referral but I still had to have a consultation only for Dr Brown to tell me she also agreed with my primary Dr referral. I believe that could've been a simple phone conversation instead of me driving in to pay a co-pay only for Dr Brown to tell me the same thing my primary Dr said. My lab work was senr electronic so it was available without me being present. And calling in to ask questions or follow up is the worst. The MA hardly ever answer & when they do, they immediately placed you on hold. I was told that only 1 person is responsible for verification of insurance for all 9 doctors which could be a part of the delay but either way it doesn't make a good customer experience.
Dr. Spotts is a great doctor. She makes me feel safe and she is very knowledgeable. My fiancee and I are so grateful she is our doctor!
Dr. Nangrani is very empathetic and personable. She listened to me and did not dismiss my symptoms or concerns. She put in a referral and I received a call for scheduling within 48 hours. I really appreciate her bedside manner and reliability.
Have been a patient for a few years now and nothing but a great experience all around. My provider is Dr. Brown and nothing but great things! I recently delivered as a first time mom and she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It was a seamless experience.
