Dr. BG is great & really understands post-menopausal issues. Great bedside manner & cares about you. Thank you for the help and education on what happens as we age!
The issue is with the follow up communication through the office. I have left messages without any response. When calls are returned, it could take 2 days or longer for follow up. Why? Please have management look at this and address it asap.
I had an okay experience at this practice. The office was nice and the staff was kind. My issue was with my doctor. I met with Dr. Brown twice and felt dismissed by her both times. I was trying to express that I was worried about things going on and she pretty much dismissed it all and blamed it on something else. I felt unimportant and like I was being looked down on like I was stupid. I know my body better than anyone. Turns out these things were large hormonal issues that another doctor who listened and understood my concerns found out. Overall, upset about my experience.
I love how personal my visits feel! From the time I arrive to the time I leave, I feel seen, heard & important. Dr. Brown cares about the whole patient & for me that’s one of the main things I look for in a doctor. So happy I found her many years ago!
Dr. Brown is great and very professional. Last month when we first met she was honest with me and my concerns. She explained everything thoroughly, 5 weeks later I go in for an Endometrial Biopsy, and although that can be a scary/unpleasant procedure, she made sure to chat with me while that was going on and calmed my nerves. I was at ease and trusted her through it all. Although it wasn't comfortable, she was gentle through it all and the there was little to know pain. She's great!
My fiancé and I just met Dr. Puffer for the first time this past week, and I couldn’t believe how I’ve struggled with Pap smears/gyno appointments for 10+ years before her in comparison. My Pap smear was so quick and painless that I didn’t even believe she did it. She was kind, patient, answered all of our questions, and helpful with potential risk information about my pregnancy! I couldn’t recommend her more, and I look forward to seeing her for the rest of my pregnancy!
Dr. Bergstrom was awesome!!!! She was inviting, thorough, and quick. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable.
If you are in need of a doctor that truly listens and cares deeply for each patient then Dr. Puffer is who your looking for. I have a complicated case and she doesn't give up easily.
I sincerely feel God blessed me that day we went in for a everyday hysterectomy. Once in she found a mess of complications she never hesitated to bring in a GI specialist who just happened to be hanging out. (Dr. W Chan) Dr. Puffer saved my life that day, I can't thank her enough for her quick thinking. I love seeing her every appointment ???? it's nice to see her sit down and talk things over at each of my appointments. She is a Blessing and Angel ???? in a white coat. Thanks Dr. Puffer!
Dr. Brasher-Giles provided me with her full attention and explained everything thoroughly--two attributes difficult to find in a doctor! She took my questions and concerns seriously and I felt very comfortable in her care. Would recommend.
