This doctor almost ruined my life she told me to abort my baby because he was going to be Down syndrome. I was 37 years old . She also said he was going to be born dead . She was the worst doctor I had ever had . She made me cry the whole time I was pregnant and I could never forget what she did to me. Then she gave me penicillin when I was allergic and I looked like a had bad rashes and then she gave me something I stop breathing when I was about to have my baby. I thought I was going to die. All in all this happen 16 years ago but I never forgot what she did to me. I am still traumatize by what she did: I can never forget. Up until now I was bless I didn’t listen to her. But the nightmare continues of everything she did to me.
I think I started here as a patient right before some major changes. There were some mishaps at first, but overall they have fully recovered and they've diagnosed multiple things, helped me with treatment, have been consistent with follow up and reminders. Overall I have no complaints now that they are working through the digital bugs that effected communication. The MAs and nurses are so kind and patient and Dr. Daley and (Dr.) Thomas are thorough and knowledgeable.
Horrible , rude doctor and staff !!! Ladies , look at the other reviews everyone complains they are rude.
My husband wrote a review a few years ago and I can’t seem to find it. So I’ll write it again , I had two chemical pregnancies when I got pregnant the 3rd time I came here , one of the medical assistants gave me a cup to pee on. I did and left it in the wrong “ spot “ in the restroom . Medical assistant( Amanda ) got mad and yelled at me , my husband was there and said WOW she scolded you. Then my they were going to give me a transvaginal ultrasound I said that it look big and looks like it hurts. Dr Dailey said “ you had sex it should be the same size as your husband “
Very disrespectful, then as a first time mom I had told her I am scared of labor and the pain. I feel like I’ll scream during labor and Dr Dailey said if you scream I am walking out.
WOW , rude Dr and staff. Dear Dr and Amanda , I still remember 6 1/2 years later how you treated me and I hope you lose patients sooner or later.
Really horrible experience going to this place! Pls ladies don’t come to this place there is plenty of good doctors???? I had gone to this doctor for a year and let me tell you, they always had me doing labs and by the next appointments they would never tell me anything about my results, everytime that I would come here they had me waiting for like 3 hours just for them to come to the room and just take 5 minutes. Pls consider coming to this place
Horrible service!! Very rude staff including Dr. Daley. I was left on hold for 30 minutes had to call back only to be left on hold for another 20 mins. Recently had a miscarriage they had me waiting in the lobby for 5 hours and 30 mins because they forgot that i was still there. Dr. Daley did not let me know what she was doing instead made me cry from so much pain due to her being rough. I do not recommend this place!! Please save your time and go to another OBGYN. If i could give this place 0 stars i would they don’t even deserve a 1 star
horrible service how does such a small clinic cause so much damage and pain , i’m currently pregnant been trying to contact them before hand and try to make my appointments but every time it’s something in their part as in dr daley is on vacation or daley broke her arm or dr daley isn’t seeing patients today i have covid and each time i try calling trying to see if they can at least prescribe me something other then tylenol i get hung up on or left on hold for hours
I was very upset at Dr. Daley's care of my daughter-in-law having her first baby last month. My daughter-in-law was admitted to the hospital on Monday. She was induced, and then on Tuesday the man who gave her the epidural did not do it correctly. She was in constant pain, and another technician had to do the procedure again. Dr. Daley never went to see her until Wednesday morning when she was ready to deliver. I kept asking the nurses where is the doctor? They would answer that she was on her way, but was never given how many minutes. When the doctor finally arrived, she admonished the nurses for not having my daughter-in-law start pushing. Why? If she the doctor was not even there yet. I have had 3 pregnancies, and my doctor would come twice a day, morning and afternoon. That is the customer service and bedside manner one deserves from their doctor. I have advised my daughter-in-law to stop seeing Dr. Daley and switch to my OB-GYN, Dr. Wayne Wilson. He is the best and has 5 star reviews unlike Dr. Daley. I would like to give her no star, but 1 star seems to be the only option.
The wait is long but I understand because Dr. Daley is one of the best and does such a thorough job with each patient. She takes her time with everyone and addresses every concern her patients have. I wouldn’t say she’s the most personable but still nice and definitely professional. 5 stars.
