Best WLM Reviews
The service is great. Everyone is so welcoming. Our server Jordyn was extremely attentive and friendly. I highly recommend her as someone to ask for when you dine. The manager, Boris, was there to make sure everything came out ok and we were enjoying our meal and experience. 5 out of 5.
We had a reservation for 4 people for 1pm on a Friday! Upon arrival, the hostess was not very friendly. She didn’t have a name tag on but she was a female of a particular age, long blonde hair, tanned and with dated blue-ish eye shadow who was unpleasant. She seemed to be frustrated and not enjoying her job.
According to the hostess, we had to wait as they were finishing up a larger event that took precedence over our reservations. We waited about 10 minutes, which was not bad it was her attitude we didn’t particularly care for!
Fast forward, Rosie our waitress was very friendly and made my mother in law 81st birthday feel special. She acknowledged it being her birthday and made her feel like a queen!
The food was delicious and didn’t disappoint by any means. The Korean “Hong Kong” salmon entree was delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection and fresh. The pizza was decent and had a nice crust.
We enjoyed the clean aesthetics and optics in the restaurant. The manager walking around speaking to each table to make sure they’re comfortable and enjoying their meal was a nice touch.
We went Sunday night to Wolfgang Puck for our anniversary. Everything was amazing. Rosie our server and Boris the manager went above and beyond. The hostess put an anniversary card on the table and Rosie told us to leave room for dessert which would be ice cream and a cookie which turned out to be right out of the over gooey. We shared the Korean Beef pizza as an appetizer (just one piece then boxed). I had the Hong Kong Salmon which Rosie did explain it was with Bok choy, soy, and rice. It was perfectly cooked. My husband had the bacon wrapped meatloaf that had 3 big onion rings piled high with a sprig of smoking rosemary. A real presentation and it was delicious. I had to order the creme brulee since one reviewer I read, who eats it often, said it was the best he ever had. And it truly was. Top cracked nicely with a good slap on the spoon and it was topped with tiny little bits of fresh fruit and a strawberry. I didn't love the ice cream like I loved everything else, but I ate it anyway. You can't throw out ice cream. It needed more pizzazz to it. The cookie with it was to die for. I can't wait to go back. I understand their happy hour is the best around. The picture of the pizza is in the Togo box. I forgot to take a picture when it came to the table. The others are the salmon and the meatloaf. Interestingly, their Togo boxes are not Styrofoam but eco-friendly and really nice.
I have lived many times where i have truly been disappointed by restaurants. I absolutely love the restaurant experience, so I unfortunately expect so much more from everywhere I eat. WP kitchen and bar not only live up to it but, more importantly, excel all of it. No matter what you eat, you will get more hungry eating because you will truly just want more of anything that is made here. Thank you for the experience.
Our dinner was great and all of the food was delish. Dessert was amazing and the dessert martinis are also good. I wish the lights were more dim for dinner time but other than that we loved it.
Wolfgang Puck Kitchen in Brownwood Resort, The Villages, offers a fantastic happy hour experience from 3pm to 5pm. We enjoyed sitting at the bar where Nick, the friendly bartender, provided excellent service and helpful recommendations.
We indulged in a variety of specials including spicy chicken wraps, meatball and mozzarella flatbread, and onion rings, all of which were delicious and satisfying. The drinks were also well-crafted and complemented our meal perfectly.
Overall, Wolfgang Puck Kitchen exceeded our expectations with its tasty food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service from Nick. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
Wolfgang Puck has amazing food. I have eaten here at least 20 times, and everything I have had was a “10.” Service? Exceptional. Hayley is a college student who is going places, and who will make big things happen. I am glad Wolfgang Puck has signed her in the meantime. (@Hayley – Thank you!!) While I’m at it, a big shout out to a seasoned veteran (and master server) — @Stacy has been my server at least a dozen times.
Many thanks to Wolfgang Puck for its presence in The Villages. Keep up the good work!!
As a former restaurant employee I'm hesitant to be critical of service, yet this was so far out of reasonable it earns note. We were seated at 1:00pm and 30 minute's later our order was taken. Took 15 minutes for drink s to arrive. Saw a great looking Bloody Mary at the adjacent table. Two of us ordered them. Check the photos. First one was plain. Our server, Oscar told us there are two types Ultimate and regular but only after he was asked. Ordered food that took 45 minutes to arrive. Place was not busy. Looked like one food runner for the entire place.
So let's talk about the drinks and food. We were seated during in the brunch window so menu was initially limited to brunch and a couple of mains. My group ordered the WP burger, Turkey avocado sandwich, mushroom omlette, French toast and sauasge pizza (add mushrooms). See photos. Pizza was warm and clearly over sat under the warming lights. Where's the shrooms?
OK really good were the red potatoes.
