I'm sorry but I feel like I paid $25.00 for a garden salad, water and bread. For this to be a pasta house and pizzeria I really expected the quality of the ingredients to be way better than this especially being in the food business myself but I could definitely do without the pasta. Sad to say the salad and bread was the best part of my meal . The bread was amazing and the salad was ok. The pasta was drowned in oil, barely and garlic at all and little odds and ends of broccoli seemed like the end of the frozen bag not even fresh broccoli. Hopefully better choices are being made in the near future this place seems to have potential with their recipes just can't cut corners or certain recipes especially Italian ones....Best of luck !
I ordered cheese fries and was in disbelief when I seen them. The potatoes were cut into huge pieces and weren’t fully cooked. Im so disappointed first and last time ordering from them.
We got the Medium 16" Pizza. Crust was a good texture, though a bit lacking in flavor. Pepperoni was alright. However, they DO NOT know how to prepare the anchovies. It was like someone just dumped out a whole can onto the pizza and spread it around, canned juices and all. The salt content was enough to give a bear a heart attack. It was so gross, runny, and salty that we had to throw that half away.
Sometimes less is more folks. If you offer a topping, all the staff needs to know how to use it.
I doubt we'll order from here again.
Ordered a couple pies (plain & pepperoni) while moving into the neighborhood and the pizza was actually pretty solid....which was a pleasant surprise since I have always felt like the pizza in PA & Philly just doesn't really compare to what I grew up on in Jersey. I will admit the price of the pizza was a little more than I had hoped for, but I would rather spend the extra money on a Mom & Pop Pizzeria over a horrible chain pizza. Crispy dough, sauce was tasty and thankfully, not sweet and the cheese ratio was on point. I will definitely go back, since the pizza is really good.
I'm from Brooklyn, a year in philly! The owner is so cool! This pizza is NYC ALLL DAY! but I would not suggest you deliver! I was totally upset that seriously, half of my pie had nothing but sauce! The box was a mess dripping cheese and pepperoni. The kids didn't care. My point is It was a delicious mess!!! Lol
Stopped in with my grandchildren my sister and her grands because I remembered that WOLF STREET PIZZA HAD really good food ! Well I didn’t know the original owners sold the business bad decision I picked up a menu in store and ordered a special 24 in cheese pizza 25 buffalo wings an order of fries the lady at the register said $80 ????. So I said but this coupon says $55 minus the fries which is still too much I asked her why and she shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t have a clue! How do you have menus in the store with coupons but have to go by the price on line? Needless to say that was a no
Went to Oregon Diner fed six kids and 3 adults full meals beverages included for $119 .. Wolf Street Pizza needs to change the name from other poor reviews regarding the food and these ridiculously high prices you are making the previous owners look real bad
These are not the same owners I will not be back and would never ever refer anyone there for a meal even if I don’t like the person I wouldn’t refer here
Don’t seem to have much knowledge about food or customer service!
Every time we order here, something goes wrong. This was the last straw, ordering a Stromboli and receiving it burnt on the outside, with the inside completely full of raw dough. Like seriously how do you mess up that bad? Disgusting fr. Not to mention the staff is always rude and unfriendly. I don’t know why this place is even still open. It used to be great but I’m guessing the original owners sold this business to whoever they could. It’s a shame.
Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and Buffalo wings fried hard… got a white pizza with pepperoni UNCOOKED on top. No sauce??? Also received breaded wings and no Buffalo sauce. It’s NOT what I asked for! And they haven’t answered or called me back to receive a refund. Ridiculous! Do NOT order from here.
