Wolf Steakhouse is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to an exceptional dining experience. The star of the night was undoubtedly Chef Ernie, whose culinary skills are nothing short of phenomenal. He took the time to come out and personally recommend some off-menu dishes that were simply divine—an experience that elevated our meal beyond anything we could have imagined. Each dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing his passion and expertise.
Equally impressive was the hospitality shown by the owner, Bill Wolf. Bill’s attentiveness to every guest made us feel incredibly welcome, and it was clear that he takes great pride in ensuring that everyone has a memorable experience.
We also spent some time at the bar, and it did not disappoint. The bartenders were attentive, knowledgeable, and the drinks were spot on—crafted with precision and served with a smile. Whether you’re seated at the bar or a table, you can expect first-class service and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

First time here. We went for a late lunch or early dinner and we had a great time. Our server was friendly and attentive. All the food and drinks we ordered were delicious. The Brussels Sprouts is a must try for sure, we ended up getting 2 orders of those. I only wish their menu were a bit more extent and diverse. The ambiance was very relaxed with a piano guy playing nicely.
We came in for a Sunday dinner and found ourselves blessed. You can make reservations but we were celebrating the catching of the Space X booster, which will take us to other worlds and greater heights for humanity.
To start we did the lobster chowder and shrimp bang bang, sautés. They slapped hard. Menu was enticing with a balance of quality choices. We had the twin tails and surf and turf. Absolutely delicious. The bartender made us custom Makers Mark whiskey sours, nice touch with the splash of bitters.
If you come here, cross your fingers for JP to be your server. He’s a life long South Florida native and has great attention to detail.

I came in for dinner Sunday evening and let me tell you how amazing this place is. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by 4 different employees with smiling faces. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by a manager who gave me the menu. Then the bartender, Vale came over and was the sweetest to me. I bartend myself and her Ora was just genuinely nice. The head chef Ernie then came over to say hello me, which was super cool. Next thing I know I have a lobster Mac and cheese in front of me and man oh man was it everything Mac and cheese needs to be. I have only word GOOEY! Every single bite was heaven. I then asked Vale for a watermelon margarita and it was one of the best margaritas I have ever had. I ordered my entree and I am honestly speechless, I couldn’t have asked for a better mouth experience. There are no words to decide my entree except for MASSIVE! This place is a hidden gem right in Cooper City and I will be retuning any chance I get.
OMG what can I say about this place!!! It’s a Hidden Gem A diamond in the rough. The food was extraordinary, delicious. The atmosphere was nice dim lighting. We were greeted by the owner and handed a rose. And served by the best waiter Anthony, that gave us every detailed description of the menu and suggested the best food. I had the Bam Bam shrimp. To die for. The drinks were delicious and strong. At the end of the dinner the owner came around with shots for our table and others on the house. Thanks Mr. Wolf
Annmarie at the bar took excellent care of me. They have a number of specialty cocktails and I tried the Wolf's Smoky Old Fashioned. The presentation alone was worth the price. For dinner I ordered their Surf & Turf combo with a nice glass of malbec wine. My dinner was perfectly cooked to order and the combination of the tender fillet steak with the lobster tail was sublime. Yes, the bill was weighty, but I was looking for a premium experience and this restaurant delivered. The atmosphere was subdued but not pretentious. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
This place is a hidden gem delicious food. Great service. The owner walks around and asks if there’s anything he can help you with. I celebrated my son 19th birthday and we all had a wonderful time.
