t full price for 2 days and nights. Because there was a kitchen I inquired about a week price I was told $400 instead of $70 a day after 2 days of staying there I was kicked out for some unknown reason. When I asked he couldn't seem to identify a single issue. You didn't tell me because of some damages that I did he would not refund my money. I asked what damages those might be as their rooms are not very pretty to a keen eye. He he took the position that we backed up the sewage from the second floor had it been the sewage that was backed up it would have been either county or cities responsibility to fix and it definitely wouldn't have been caused by is. I asked for an estimate of the fake damages he of so mentioned and he proceeded to tell me that it would cost 230$ just for the plumber to come out. He then tried to pull a technical excuse on me exclaiming he needed the full digit sequence of my tap pay card number when I'm doing a little research that isn't true at all. He simply needed the last four which is done to protect the consumer from predators like the owner of this business. Who send to prett prey upon poverty and uneducated consumers assuming he can bully them out of their money .
I never felt so unsafe in a place. If you’re staying in a room in the hallway just watch out for homeless people in the hallway. One tried opening the door beside me. There are drugs going around, and it’s very loud as well.
Well..most of the motels on east Colfax. Ave are very sketchy, at leat this one tends to cater to working class people. Lots of construction vans in parking lot, work crews . Everyone seems to keep to themselves. There no smoking so there's always someone outside. There's a taco ???? truck usually parked out in the lot. And it was pretty good too. Everything in the room worked. Microwave and fridge. Most cable channels. Bug free
Not bad. I will return.
????
I had a good stay. Room was clean no bugs and the guy working the desk was funny. It's located within walking distance to grocery store, liquor store and my favorite restaurant.
Frank at the desk is the nicest guy he was so kind to me. I'm a 100% service connected Veteran and I dont trust anyone. I trust him thank you for everything. God Bless
My experience at this place was horrendous! My therapy dog being poisoned in the parking lot was thee worst thing to happen during my stay! The owners were rude, especially the lady, she yelled and hollered and was very disrespectful! The rooms were absolutely disgusting, i even painted the walls in the kitchen and could not cook the first 2wks i stayed there because the stove/oven was so filthy, it took me that long just to get it clean! There were mice in the room, had to buy my own traps to get rid of them! The heater vents were do filthy that they had to be cleaned in order to get some heat in the room!
I don't even know where to start on this review - I have never stayed in such an awful place in my 51 years of life!!! We booked this on Expedia for our 18 yr old son and his friend. We live on the Western Slope of Colorado and my son needed to get his buddy to DIA for a very early flight the next day. After we booked on Expedia, we came to find out that you have to be 21 in the City of Aurora to check in to a motel and they would not refund our $ (will never book on Expedia again-there was no information about the 21 rule or we would not have booked). Instead of losing $100 that we had already paid to Expedia, I chose to drive over with them and thank God I did!! We had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk for the 300+ pound transvestite person to get there. When we got to our room, the door was OPEN (no key cards here-it's old school). The room only had 1 double bed (there were 3 of us) and it was DISGUSTING!!! Stained carpet, smoke detector had been ripped from the ceiling, place smelled like weed (hence the missing smoke detector), sprinkler was covered with some plastic and scotch tape, there were cigarette butts under the stove burner and under the bed and scratches and cigarette burns on the TV. Don't let me forget parking lot entertainment of black SUV's with tinted windows droppinf off hookers throughout the evening - no lie! I could go on and on....just a nightmare. If it wasn't so late and we had other options we would have gone elsewhere. The fact that Expedia even offers/endorses an establishment such as this is criminal.
Wolf's is one of the most disgusting motels I have ever been to. Actually its not one of the worst it is THEE worst I have ever been to. The rooms are so dirty and smell so bad. You will be lucky if you get a room with a stove and fridge that works. The manager lady is crazy!! She would change the amount we had to pay every week. One week it was $340.00, the next it was $355.00, the next it went all the way up to $395.00 without even telling us! I actually could deal with the dirtiness because the rooms are big and its quiet there. But them changing the amount we had to pay and without us knowing was it. It sure as hell not worth $400 a week!! Also when the little manager lady named miss Kim would come knock on your door for something and you didn't get to the door fast enough she would let herself in.
