What a delicious spot and I love the concept! Jean Francois was the one that helped me and what great customer service. Walked me through the process since it was my first time and they even have a window where you can see them make the food. I made the lemon which was delicious. All natural and it wasn’t overly sweet like candy, very natural and had hints of mint. Overall great experience.
The food is fresh and hot. Not seasoned enough for me but taste healthy but the cost of it is simply ridiculous. I paid $26 for one bowl which is what I pay for two person plate at most places. It felt like it worth $13 And them charging me the mall service fee for eating in the food court when I was in uniform and clearly not eating in the mall just left and even more bad taste in my mouth. I go to other restaurants often enough on my 10 minute break and never get charged a service fee. So I probably won’t be returning. Price is just not worth the food portion or taste.
Had a really bad experience at this locations this afternoon.
After following them for years and eating a many other of their locations, their food today was tasteless, super small portion for the 19$ they charged.
The worst part was that the food container was stained with a nasty black substance.
To top it all of, when I came to return it and get my money back, the cashier guy reprinted the receipt and highlight a small print where it said: “ No returns, all sales are final” I told him this was a mater of quality and the black stains. He said “You can go throw it away, you are not getting your money back”
The service was good! Fast and easy to order with friendly staff. Angel was nice and helped me pick out what to eat as it was my first time there. Overall great, thank you! It is a bit expensive tho about $20 for a compact meal
This food is terrible. Nobody here is even remotely Asian.
They pour all the food into the wok at the same time and basically heat it over fire for 30-60 seconds then dump that slop into a box for you
28 dollars for less than a quart of noodles, no protein.
Noodles were squishy.
Worst part... Changes 20% mandatory service fee, charges another 15% mandatory service fee, as two separate line items
Still asked for a tip on top of that.
Please boycott predatory business practices.
worst service EVER! i asked the man at the register if the udon noodles were vegan & he proceeded to tell me yes.. then i open my food & there’s some sort of meat in my food. when i went back to ask about it he told me it was “egg” & refused to remake it. he said he would have to charge me again. the small box of noodles cost me $30 & i had to throw them out. so rude. do not eat here
Wok the Walk is a must-visit spot! I had the chicken and veggie dish, and it was absolutely amazing. The chef's attention to detail was top-notch, and you could watch the magic happen through the kitchen window. The delicate touch in cooking made the whole experience truly special. Highly recommend Wok the Walk for a delicious meal!
Highly recommend this was my first time trying and definitely capitalized on there current promotion of Buy One Get One 50% off best sellers.
Jean was very helpful and super nice to explain the options and promotions.
The one I selected was the extreme protein with chicken , shrimp and beef with a veggie melody with a level 3 spicy. I loved the spice and flavor.
