Best WLM Reviews
This was my first time here. I ordered garlic broccoli and shrimp fried rice. The food was great. It was prepared in 5-10 minutes. Hot & delicious...
However, the cashier (female) was NOT personable at ALL. NO personality, not nice & definitely SHOULD NOT be working with the public. She acted like she did not want to be there. I get it. It's cold out & you're at work, but there is a way to deal with the public regardless of how you feel. Her attitude killed the whole vibe for me (which was pretty happy when I went inside). Hopefully whatever was wrong with her gets better soon.
I would suggest ordering pick up.
I disagree with many about rude service/ ownership. I have found the service to be adequate. Sure, the lady isn't talking your ear off and smiling ear-to-ear while taking your order, but I think that is largely a cultural difference and doesn't bother me in the slightest. The prices are great. They are open on Monday which, for some reason unbeknownst to me, seems to be strangely uncommon for restaurants in this area. The food, however, is very upredictable. One day I'm eating some of the best spare ribs I've ever had and another day I'm left feebly trying to distinguish what exactly is this odd ambiguous mush in my takeout container. Unfortunately it's one of the very few local Asian dining options and for that reason I will continue to roll the dice.
Tried this place for the first time ordered the bourbon, chicken and vegetable rice. Overall, the food was over seasoned and very salty. However, the atmosphere in the service was terrible. About five minutes into my meal. They got mad because my service dog was with me because they just saw it should be noted that she was laying down not doing anything simply just laying there when they got mad about it and asked me to leave As a veteran I found this unacceptable and offense. As a disabled person this still blows my mind.
This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. We ordered Mongolian Beef and Chicken Fried Rice. Mongolian Beef had almost no beef in it…was onions. The Chicken Fried Rice was awful. Was not edible. I don’t know what it was but it wasn’t fired rice. If you are going to order from Wok and Roll go to the Leland location…much better.
Second and last visit. Chicken fried rice was not good but okay. Chicken on a stick and beef on a stick were terrible. Cooked to the point that they resembled crisp bacon and indistinguishable from one meat to the other. First visit months back was not good but decided to give them another try. Never again.
Their food is trash along with the people that work there. The lady that works up front is known for being rude. If you want good Chinese food, go to Asian taste. So much better!
Food was mediocre. Service was fast but, you also get served at the same time as everyone else at the counter. My bill was 50 and I got a charge on my credit card for $60. The atmosphere feels like you should just turn around which I should have.
Always get takeout, broccoli and garlic sauce my go too, excellent. Server very friendly and food hot and fresh, highly recommend
