Wow! This place is the bomb, you might not think it but this place is a hidden cove. One dish is enough for three at least, and the food is very good quality. The wait isn't bad at all, and it's very good with takeout. This is probably the best affordable Chinese food by far near me, and it doesn't disappoint. Portions are generous, seating is available, take out is available, affordable, convenient. Just perfect ✨
Pepper steak good taste the spare ribs really good taste. The pork rice is the down. The tastse blend. The service was fast friendly. The place is clean but a dill plain look. Have a out ten tables you want dine in. They have delivery the price is cheap. Over all it was a great place to dine.
They have good reasonable prices for the amount of food you receive and the food is good. During peak times, they are very difficult to call to order, and the phone is always busy. We end up doing takeout elsewhere due to this.
I absolutely love the food at wok n roll, anytime I order chinese food it is my go to. Delivery service is not very good, waited 2 hours for the food once. I called at 1hr 30 mark to get an update and they said they were only just starting to make it? The person i talked over the phone with was very friendly though.
Nov 11, 2024 The rude guy packing orders is TERRIBLE and argumentative and messed up my order AGAIN! Got home to find he cannot even pack a soup order correctly. OBVIOUSLY he cannot tell the difference between a container of Wonton NOODLE soup & veggie soup that is clearly visible without opening the container! I'm sick and tired of paying for takeout that I not only didn't order, but cannot eat. He's hyperactive, NEVER shuts up to listen, and creates chaos. He's bad enough on the phone, hangs up prematurely, half intense and is argumentative, and should NOT have a customer service job. I've liked W&R for close to a decade, but actively try NOT to patronized W & R when HE works. I only ordered today because he didn't answer phone, so it appeared he was off; unfortunately, he was doing more damage packing orders incorrectly!
I'll no longer place orders if he's on the premesis! I will go to Scarborough where they get orders correct!
Just moved into town and I think I found my favorite Chinese cuisine spot for delivery! The food is great, and that a given, but let's talk about portions!! I'm a big dude and their food has lasted me for more than one day! Now keep in mind if you are getting delivery their phone line is hard to get through because they are so busy but keep on calling. There is a consistency , in the customer service, warm voice over the phone, continuous hot and delicious dishes, and the large portions for great prices.
The guy who answers the phone is a complete jerk. He cut out for a minute so we didn't hear him and he had the biggest attitude. Maybe he is a bitter Kamala supporter and had a bad day but his customer service is trash . And the food is overpriced and bland!
Huge portion sizes and friendly service. Sure, the phone is hard to get through, but it’s because this business is serving many customers. We had to go in to order food, but it was done in 25 minutes and it was delicious. Great Chinese food!
