Best WLM Reviews
Wouldn't necessarily get the not fried dumplings. All condiments are disposable no soy sauce or salt on table only little packets. Food is served on a paper plate, but surprisingly the food is pretty good fresh cooked vegetables definitely not going to eat in again but would be happy to take it home to use my own seasonings.
By far the best chinese restaurant in town. The portions are great and it's made fresh to order. The inside may be a bit small but mostly alot of people get it to go anyways and even if you ate in it is clean and nice with tv's for the customers to watch. The price does justify the quality of the food which is not extremely high. I never had a problem ever with my order being wrong or unsatisfactory. I could go on but you get the drift lol.
I wanted to like this place more than I did. It is so clean because it appears to be relatively new but it was HOT inside. It felt like the AC was set on 75 inside the restaurant. Then the food came on paper plates which was confusing because it seemed like a nicer restaurant. The food was good and the service was as well so there's that.
We just moved across town and we’re trying to find a closer takeout Chinese restaurant. We found this place and decided to try it out. Number One Chinese on Fortress is our go to. We ordered crab ragoons, fried dumplings and a sesame seed chicken combo. The combo was decent and what bumps this up to a 2 star for me. The crab ragoons were crispy but the filling was bland. The dumplings were burnt. The restaurant is clean and service was okay. The food is overpriced even if it was good. We will make the 15 minute drive for Number One.
I always try to talk my family into Wok N Roll when I visit. Wish I had a good place in Clarksville that I already knew like here.
I've been going to this place since I moved to the area 12 years ago. They are always friendly, fast and delicious!
Food is okay at best. Plenty of BETTER , CHEAPER options within a couple miles. Was a repeat customer for a couple years as well as my mom & sister because it was convenient. today they showed me they do not care about their customers as they do not want you to order a single meal AT ALL, not only are there entrees 3 sometimes 4 dollars more than most Chinese restaurants it costs what it would cost to dine in of a family of 3-4 at Texas Roadhouse or even Demo’s in Boro, for a Chinese take out restaurant that is ridiculous….. Their large soups are smaller than most other places (Egg Drop specifically). Their chicken is hit or miss. The noodles are very dry most of the time. I overlooked all these things because of convenience but no longer will I support this greedy, mediocre establishment. Plenty of other GOOD options even if you have to drive into town a little farther like I will be doing from now on. I respect trying to make a honest living but you shouldn’t be trying to hustle customers especially the ones who have supported you for several years. My Family & I will not be back. It’s bad when you can go eat Sushi at Lemongrass (far superior establishment & food) for about the same as what it would cost 2 people to order take out here.
Egg foo young grease made my paper plate see through and attempting to wipe my hand with a 3”x3” sheet of toilet paper is impossible. Way way way overpriced for any of this. I recommend going somewhere else. Murfreesboro desperately needs a good sit down Chinese restaurant…a real one.
