The boy that took my order has the best customer service and was so polite . The food was absolutely amazing it’s a hidden gem in Jax I got the noddles and had an amazing taste to them totally recommend and will b back to eat again
The food here is ok, I haven't been here in about 2 yrs, I had carryout and was so surprised how awful the place is now, it looks absolutely horrible inside, I wish I had seen it before I ordered online.

While enjoying my meal, I began to choke, and it was this quick-thinking boy who saved me. With impressive calmness and skill, he performed the Heimlich maneuver, swiftly ensuring my safety. This young hero, just a child, displayed remarkable poise and bravery.
The staff's attentive and caring response after the incident made the experience even more memorable. This restaurant is not only about great food but also about the incredible people who make it a safe and welcoming place.

Worst food ever!!! I've ate at a couple different Chinese food restaurants and this is by far the worst!!!! I ordered the sweet and sour chicken (I thought it was something that was easy and couldn't be messed up) I immediately noticed the dry and hard looking appearance and then spit it out once I tried to eat it????... it was hard and tasted like it was cooked in old grease and left cooking too long. I called up there to complain or at least switch out the order but the woman that answered the phone and was rude about the whole thing. She said she would call back afer asking someone else but needless to say that hasnt happened.
Their prices have gone up and their quality has gone down as well as quantity. Egg foo young was not the same as it used to be.
I had the nastiest thing happen to me! They gave me soy sauce to go with my meal, no problem. I open the sauce packet and it had solidified!!! It was disgusting. Then when I took it back to the restaurant, she told me I was lying and making it up and refused a refund or remade food. I will never go back.
I came to the restaurant after a hard days of work and tried the orange chicken and fried rice. The boy that took my order was very friendly and prompt for my needs. I only waited for 5 minutes and my food came out hot and ready. The boy behind the counter handed me my plate with a happy smile and said "Here you go my good sir". I took a bite of the orange chicken and it was bursting in flavor. This was the best plate of food I have ever eaten in YEARS. I will be sure to come back AGAIN for years to come.
Food was so good. Finally found a place with good egg rolls and friend rice. I ordered the Szechuan chicken.
