I haven't stepped foot into a WNY Medical Office yet but, as a new patient I want to say I had a great experience speaking with John Frank on the phone when I called for the first time. He was very helpful in answering my questions regarding whether their providers participate with my insurance. He was very clear and concise regarding my information when it came to scheduling my first appointment. He was very kind to offer several locations, days and times. I can tell he's a professional at what he does and even though I was new, and needed some time to wrap my head around the process, he remained patient and positive on the phone. He knows his stuff. What a great welcome to the practice, Thanks John!
I have been a patient with Dr Sadiq for a while and it has always been a strange experience. The does not care for black woman ????????♀️ I wish I could say anything differently. One time I went in had to have blood work down,they do blood work at this location there was only one other patient for blood work, the Dr sent me to a different location outside the building. Can back for an apt with ob/ gyn and was questioned about why I was referred outside of the building when they draw blood the site.There was a time when I had my translator on and literally saw the words coming across my phone of the woman there speaking nasty about me. They do not change or clean rooms after patients,I have always had to go in and clean up before stepping up to sit down. So today I'm in for a severe ear infection with swelling and it's affecting my eyes site.. Dr calls me in talks about my previous apt,looked in my ear for two secs and say call your insurance card and find an ENT specialist. Luckily I already had the common sense to do my own research. I just can't believe how unprofessional they are and how she bluntly did not give a care about why I came in for a visit.
Do not recommend this office for immigration related forms. They're unprofessional people who just try to suck money out of you. First they misled my wife by saying its $300 for 2 appointments while its actually $300 for just the first, and then $50 for any additional. They do no draw blood here, the doctor who inspected my wife didn't do a quality check of her health. Just asked if she can see well or if she's sick. No tests no nothing. People answering the phone calls are absolutely clueless about their jobs and have a strong accent which is hard to understand. Plus they only do immigration appointments on Fridays, and are absolutely packed. Nurses are unprofessional with almost forgetting to return my wife's documents, especially the originals. Just recommend somewhere else, it might seem cheap at first but eventually the cost will add up.
Just terrible. As a 27 year old professional with a 9 to 5 job, being required to go in for an appointment in office every 3 months. Keep in mind I'm in relatively good health. After the 3 month period they start rejecting all refill requests unless I go in person and pay for an appointment. The only prescription I need is an omega 3 acid. This place treats you like sick elderly person just to force you to come in for as many appointments as possible and charge you and your insurance when every pcp I've ever been to require only the annual checkup. Just terrible.
My wife and I absolutely love their offices. We have struggled for the last two years to find offices with all of our medical needs that made us feel like they truly cared about us. Not only are they able to see you right away but they are filled with compassion.
I have had a horrible experience with this office. Provider answered her cell phone FOUR times during my brief appointment that I waited an hour for. Then the provider asked me to get her more information to her on my medical history. I had sent her the requested information within days of my appointment 7/2 . I am still waiting for them to make a decision if I need a biopsy or not. The whole reason I went there was because it was suggested I needed a biopsy. It's now 7/25 with several portal messages and phone calls later still with no answers. Don't 't waste your time with this office!!!!
The staff in Orchard Park are AMAZING!!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!!! Dr. Wise and the entire staff make you feel so welcome in their office. I've never felt so comfortable with ANY doctor like I do her! I joke all the time with all of the staff that they are like a second family because it feels like I'm at home. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND them if you're looking for a fantastic dermatologist!!
I have been a patient for 1 year and I will never step foot into another WNY medical. Dr. Yao is extremely unprofessional and quite rude to be honest. Also, pretty sure this practice is full of Medicare scammers, because they will cold call you forever to get into their office. Do not waste your time here, they will not help you.
