Excellent service every time I have been seen! The receptionist are always very friendly even when you can tell they have had a busy day. I once see a patient yell at one of the staff members for something they had no control over and they maintained their professionalism and composure. Dr. Nazareths is amazing. He made my minor surgery so relaxing and fun. His staff was great and also did an awesome job making me feel comfortable and calm during the procedure. Their work banter during my procedure was hilarious and kept me at ease. I can never say enough positive things about WNY Derm and their team. Shot out to Jessica P. and her team as well!! Thank you for providing such warm and friendly care.

Forever grateful to the team there but a special thank you to Dr. Nazareth and Disney! I drive over two hours to see him that should say it all right there! Skin conditions can be very complex and if it wasn’t for Dr. Nazareth with his knowledge and background and overall love of his profession I would still be undiagnosed, extremely frustrated and almost depressed about my skin disease. I am able to wear shorts again when previous to this I would avoid it at all costs unless home. Prior to this it was easily 6 years! Thank you to Dr. Nazareth, Disney and team!
Great service. The Doctor took the time to listen to all of my concerns . The medicine they prescribed started working right away and I already feel a lot better. I would recommend this place and I got in the next day as a new patient. most places I called had nothing for 6 months
The office is currently understaffed, so getting a human with whom to speak was a challenge. I persisted and it was well worth the effort. I managed to get a new patient appointment scheduled for the following day, but was also told to check back to see if there was a cancellation. I did so, and got in the same day. I saw PA Peter McKenna, who was absolutely awesome. He was thorough, took his time, and was very compassionate. I will seek out this practice again if I need a dermatologist in the future.

My Family and I had a Great experience with this Medical Group. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable right from the start. My Dr., Brandon, is very informative and answered every question in detail for me to understand. I certainly recommend WNY Dermatology to All. From Reception to the Exam room, WNY Dermatology Rocks and should be your 1st choice.
