Best WLM Reviews
Unfortunately my favorite local restaurant for fried rice was closed so I decided to give WNB factory a try for the first time. I ordered a large house fried rice with extra onions and extra shrimp. The rice was pretty good however, I did not like the chicken in the rice because it was overcooked and chalky tasting but the shrimp were good. I wish there was a lot more shrimp for the extra fee but it wasn’t. If I order the rice again I’d more than likely stick to just shrimp.
I usually order chicken and other similar items from the other wing restaurant in their shared plaza but after the awesome customer service I received here, I may have to return and try other items on the menu.
Unfortunately, we placed a lunch order today for 5. The order included burgers and a philly. One of the recipients of the order is severely allergic to pickles. The order was wrong in general and all of the burgers had pickles on them. Went back up to the store to try and get the order corrected and received awful customer service. Did not receive a corrected order and have to go somewhere else to get something to eat. Very disappointed as this is an establishment we use to eat at all the time.
I wanted to have something new and I had been looking at this place for a few weeks and finally had the opportunity to try them out. The vibe of the place was very casual and the wall art was interesting. But I came for the food, so I ordered lemon pepper wings and a Philly cheese steak. The food is made to order so there was a wait. After about 15 minutes they called me to the counter to check out my food. It looked ok so I took it and headed to my car. Once in the car I found that my crispy fries were soft and the cheese steak was kinda on the small size. I drove home and munched on the fries as I drove. The wings were just ok. The cheese steak was definitely not ribeye and had an off taste, kinda like freezer burn. With all of the wing places around I probably won't go back to this place again.
I waited 20min for an online order that should’ve been ready when I got there. When I got the order, it was wrong. The young lady told me I would have to wait another 15 minutes for fries. I told but the rest of my food would be cold. She showed no concern. Needless to say. I won’t be going back to the Covington, Ga location.
I should’ve listened to other poor reviews! I ordered 4 burgers n a chicken Philly. ALL burgers incorrect! We were just going to eat them and move foward but someone is allergic to pickles and WAS TOLD this on the phone and still all burgers had pickles! Now I have to leave my job site to correct this
I'm glad they have turkey burgers. It nice to go and get a burger. My husband enjoyed his double beef burger. We will be back.
First time experience at this establishment. I ordered via DoorDash for pickup an 8pc crispy teriyaki bone-in wing combo w/chicken fried rice & Sprite and an 8pc crispy lemon pepper bone-in wing combo w/fries & Dr. Pepper. Received notification that my order was ready before I even arrived. I was warmly greeted upon walking in. I was pleasantly surprised by the lighting, it was nice & bright and most importantly the eating area, counters, as well as the Coca-Cola freestyle drink dispenser were very clean. The floor was not gummy & sticky! Everything was neatly in its proper place; condiments, napkins, straws, & menus. The young lady was very friendly helpful and professional. My only wish is that my fries were crispy even though they were hot. I will definitely use Doordash to order from WNB Factory, specifically this location at GA Hwy 20 in Covington near Browns Bridge & Hwy 212 AGAIN!
So yes, I would recommend.
I ordered at 2:49pm and was told 15-20 minutes. There were 2 men in there eating when we got there. Some time passes, then another man, then another. 30 minutes after I placed my order a bunch of orders came up. We were told that since one guy ( who came in after) had such a large order, they decided to make his first and we were reassured that there were making ours. 3 more customers came in and got their food and it had now been 40 minutes. I was livid, and starving and incredibly hangry. We inquired about the order and they asked what we had ordered, and the employees were arguing in Spanish about our order, so I left the move the car closer and my friend asked to just get a refund. The woman at the counter had to call her manager and he refused. So, we got our food 52 minutes after we ordered it and they gave us another order of shrimp fried rice. It wasn't until we started eating it and looked through it and we discovered that the eggs and broccoli were burnt.
Never again. Horrible experience, and the other customers were much kinder than the employees.
