I was there for the first time today, the burger and onion rings were amazing. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. Reading through some of these reviews I wonder if racism might play a part in the 1 stars. I found the atmosphere and people very upbeat and nice. Place was clean and food prices comparable to fast food chains. Will definitely go there again
I recently visited WNB Factory and had a great experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the food is delicious. But what really made my visit special was the excellent service provided by Nohemy. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. I would definitely recommend WNB Factory to anyone looking for a great burger restaurant, and I would especially recommend asking for Nohemy as your server. She's the best!

Man I eat here at least once a week. House fried rice is hands down some of the best rice I’ve had this side of the Great Wall. The wings are a little small but the sauces are all perfectly executed. Nice trendy theme and atmosphere too. Highly recommended!
I had the honey, hot wings, and vegetable fried rice. I enjoyed it so much! I could tell it was made with fresh ingredients. Atmosphere was very clean. The receptionist/Owner is very welcoming.
Wings are way too big and yes, it will take you a day and a half to eat it because the wings are like chicken wings. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. Customer service is very rude. Refused to give refund if your food is incorrect thumbs down. and if I wanted chicken wings, I would have went to big chic
WOW! How have I never heard of this place?
We had the Philly Cheese steak Combo with a side order of Wings with Mango Habanero sauce. The Combo was a 12" Cheese Steak sandwich with plenty of fries. Eight Wings were enough to allow us to "eat like pigs," as my mother would say.
Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. We will return often!
The Texas Burger was good. So were the chicken strips. As far as the fried pickles not so much. The inside is still soggy and the paper thin pickles the skin is super tough ????and I love fried pickles. Would like to see some fried jalapeños for real
