I ordered a ten piece wings and fried rice dinner. My lemon pepper wings were very hard. It taste like the chicken were old. The fried rice was ok but had way too much onions in it. I like onions but not when it takes over the rice. For the price I paid for two dinners, it wasn't worth it. I won't be returning. If I could rate them a zero I would.
It’s so so hard to find a place that has good food and good customer service. These employees are so so rude I’m convinced the cooks have to be nicer just by how they prepare the food. We all have a job to do stop taking your anger out on customers!!! The food was good ! I like how they put the stamp on there it was cute
This is the absolute worst WNB factory. Long waits. Order not correct when it finally comes and they ask you to pay for their mistake. Management and staff are extremely rude, unprofessional and care nothing about customer service. Horrible restaurant. Don't spend your money here. There are far better restaurants who provide great service and who respect their customers.
Started out as a very good place to eat when they first opened. They now charge more for less and the service is poor. We ordered 6 combos and didn't get all of our food. The Philly was a half empty bun of meat with a few onions and a little cheese. This was strike three for me. I think they have stifled the cook that came from American Deli a few doors down. He made great Philly cheese at American Deli.
The experience was awful. First off, they did not start making my food until I came in and made a payment. Secondly, the young people at the register just did not care about anything especially the music they were playing loud on the TV. I felt like I was in a club with uncensored music. I heard every cuss word and derogatory words you can think of. I couldn’t take it anymore so I went outside to wait on my food. It took so long I had to go back in and check on my order, and the music got louder. I’m just over this place. I know this is a franchise but the owners should have more proud in their location. It was irritating and sad. Glad I didn't have my kids with me.
I've only placed orders online so I can't comment on the customer service. However, I can comment on the food which was wonderful. I've tried their fried rice which was great and the veggies were cooked all the way. The burgers and sweet potato fries are awesome. The mozzarella sticks and teriyaki steak sandwich are good as well. I have a sensitive tummy and the food did not make me sick. Finding this spot, is bitter sweet for me ????
Great food and great service at a great price! I will def be going back again for the food. The wings are spicy and the burgers are super fresh!
Horrible.... this was my first time coming here... I came on Christmas eve.. and ordered over the phone... the lady said she wouldn't put the order thru until we came in and paid for it.. (never heard of that in StoCkBridgE... ONLY in the hood!!) I said ok cool I'm outside anyway.. so my bf goes inside to go pay for it and comes back out... I placed the order at 8:48pm... of course it was a lot of people in there so we gave them almost 30mins.. we went inside and still no food.. we like ok in the next 10 to 15mins its should be ready.. NOPE... still wasnt ready.. my bf is getting upset at this point so he goes in one last time at probably 9:30.. he's so angry that I didn't even wanna send him bk in so I go.. and right at 9:38pm I went in and I told them that I'd been waiting on my food for almost an hour ... then she asked my name and then going to tell me that they was just getting his food(my bf) when he walked out... then come to realize they gave me 2 chicken philly's instead of what I ordered(look at receipt).. she rung it up right the cook just was rushing... needles to say I didnt enjoy my food..
