Best WLM Reviews
I called and the woman told me they didn’t have any wings, so I said okay I’m going to get burgers then and she tells me to come in to place my order, no problem. When I came in no one was in there at all, no one at the front counter to take my order only a Hispanic lady in the back who didn’t speak any English and couldn’t help me until the front counter woman came in from outside after a few minutes and very unprofessionally took my order. THEN they had no change to give me for 2 20 dollar bills and she gave me 5 dollars worth of quarters with an attitude. Will NEVER be coming here again!
Stopped by for lunch and found a helpful and patient young man working the register. Food is average but his service more than made up for that. The restaurant was clean and the wait wasn’t bad.
I tried the honey hot, watery no flavor with fried rice. The rice was ok. The chicken Wings were dry at first so the owner added more sauce but the sauce was cold so it made the food cold. So I added a star for effort like he did.
Looked good in the box but the wings were old precooked and deep fried again… very tough… $40 for these and we threw most of them in the trash after trying to eat them…. At the Fayetteville Glynn st location… service was horrible as well.. 07/13/2021 8:10 pm
Looks like a nice place. Seems clean and decorated well. I was looking forward to finally trying it, but when I went in tonight 45 minutes before closing time, they had "shut down the grille and were no longer making burgers or anything grilled". Seems like at least half the menu, but I guess I'll try another time. Oh well, at least I got a good picture for Google now since there wasn't one when I looked it up. It is there! Right next to Kroger.
11/24: Was hopeful that changes would be made but here we are. Given that no one answered the phone (not uncommon today) and ordering via phone is still an issue here, I placed my order online. Order place. Money taken. Text and email received of the process. Headed there prior to going to work. Location closed. Nothing on the website. No notifications. No update of any sort. Luckily there was an option to cancel the order BUT it will take 3-5 business days.
It isn't often i go here these days because there is always some issue. Today may be the day to have lost one more customer.
2020: Ordering what you want sems to be troublesome to the person taking the order, as if wanting to sub an item or not have particular things on a sandwich is problematic. Every time I have called has been the same perceived attitude.
The food is always good and even the face to face service but ordering over the phone is always awkward this way.
I wouldn't patronize this place if I was starving and it was the last restaurant left! I called a few minutes ago and asked to speak to a manager to advise that when I sent my husband to pick up an the order of wings the night before last, my order of 10- wings only contained seven wings. By the time I realized that the order was 3 wings short, it was already past 9 p.m., so they were closed. I didn't think any more about it until a few minutes ago, when I decided I wanted more wings. I decided to call the manager just to let him/her know what happened the other night and make sure that this time, I get my pay for it. The guy who answered the phone told me the manager wasn't in, so I proceeded to explain to him that the night before last, I sent my husband up there to get 10 piece wings, but when he got home, there were only 7. The guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that can't be so because they open the carton to show the customer the order before giving it to them, and my husband should have counted the wings before leaving. Does anybody stand there and count to make sure they have 10 wings???
I then reiterated that I only got seven wings and that I would not have taken the time to look up the phone number and call up there to make up a story about not getting what we paid for in order to try to get three free wings. I told him that if he listened to what I said, I was about to order more wings, so obviously, I wasn't trying to get something for free. I said this is about the principle of the matter because if I only wanted six or seven wings, I would have told my husband to order six wings. The fact that my husband ordered 10 wings, all flats, lemon pepper extra wet, I'm sure came at an extra cost, but I only got seven wings. The guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that had it had happened to him, he would have just brushed it off because he doesn't get upset over little things like that.
Really??? I told him that's his prerogative, but we aren't discussing what he would do in this situation because what matters is I did not get what I paid for. I repeated that my intention was to call up there and let them know what happened, so it did happen again because I was about to place another order; however, in light of his attitude and smart comments, I NOW see why their Google reviews are so poor, and I changed my mind about patronizing them. The next thing I knew, he hung the phone up in my face. I then called back, and he picked the phone and without saying a word, hung up again! I Immediately started looking up the contact information for their corporate office, when my phone rings and it's the guy from WnB calling me. I answered the phone and said don't bother calling me now after you hung up on me.I could tell he was surprised to hear my voice, which let me know he"d
dialed my number by mistake. I told him I was about to file a complaint with corporate, He told me to go right ahead and hung up on me again.
Needless to say, I'll be contacting the owner of this location and following up with corporate on Monday morning. This WNB location needs to be shut down....PERIOD AND DOT. The service is deplorable, and based on the Google reviews, the food is mediocre, at best.
Disappointed in the Mozzarella sticks. They were overcooked an no cheese left in 5 out of 6.
