I love this spot! Most reliable wings in Atlanta but there was a young lady working the counter today who was so rude for no reason. She forgot my sauces (that I paid for) then once she finally brought them she basically threw them at me. Don’t know if I want to risk dealing with that again.
Well, the first thing i saw were dirty glass doors and windows upon entering the restaurant. I had six piece boneless wings. Parmesan, to be exact, and a side salad. The boneless wings were amazing. The chicken breast pieces are real and very tender. The food was hot and fresh. The salad was very tasty and fresh. I will definitely return soon.
Wings weren't good, however I did like that i could take the hot in hot teriyaki unlike most other wing places which tend to be more sweet. The burger wasn't seasoned well. I was disappointed about the fries because in the pictures they show crinkle fries but that is not what they sell. The chicken tenders are huge but tasted bland.
1st time at a WNB Factory. Place was clean, service good. Food okay. Got wings cheeseburger & fries. Nothing to make me want to come back the next day. Decent in a pinch.
Jen gave me and my lady immaculate customer service, and my experience has definitely compelled me to only dine at this WNB specifically in the future.
I ordered off DoorDash. I wanted about 30 to 40 minutes food was ready and hot when I arrived. I just didn’t want all those onions on my philly but it was good
First time trying this establishment. Cashier was nice. Food didn’t take long to get. Prices were reasonable. I wish they would’ve fried my wings crispy like I requested. Mild wings tasted good. I just hate soft chicken wings. The bell peppers and onions could’ve cooked longer and chopped smaller on my philly. I’m not giving up on them. I’ll try another item soon.
Great service, Food was great and portions were huge… Stopped off the side of the highway and was suprised at the quality!
