I order wings and the wings looked and tasted they sat in the grease, the wings was from earlier and they was hard and horrible nothing like the one in cascade. The food was so horrible we trashed it. Never again will i eat at this disguising place. Stomach was upset all night they need to close this location
Don't order fried pickles bc they are listed as fried dill, but they are sweet fried pickles. The drink machine was broken, and the machine that held the bottled drinks was broken as well bc the drinks were room temperature. Did not receive any sauces that I paid extra for and was not refunded for those. Burger was flavorless and the bun was thicker than all the toppings put together. Just bad all together
DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE PEOPLE!
We ordered from this location for lunch, telephonically. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and tater tots. My son ordered the big cheesesteak with fries and five wings. I went and picked up my order and they told me they did not have tater tots, okay no problem. The total was a little high at $35.49, so I grabbed a menu they had sitting on the counter, thinking the prices must have increased from the menu I have at home. I get home and compare the receipt with the menu and they charged me 12.99 for a 12 inch while the menu says it should be 9.99. I called and spoke with the manager who tried justifying it.
I then look at my sandwich and it had black specs throughout it, I’m assuming it’s burnt onions. The manager said they gave me a Big chicken cheesesteak but there was barely any filling inside (see photos). So they overcharge you after not having what you ordered and still serve you burnt food!
Don’t waste your time here.
A last minute decision to dine in, upon entering we were greeted and ordered immediately. The establishment was very clean, the food was fresh and delicious!! I would definitely recommend this place.
I should have went to JJ’s fish and chicken sad face usually I come here because I love the food for the price today the fish was LITTLE VERY SMALL AND YOU ONLY GET TWO PIECES AND THEY TASTE LIKE NOTHING I MEAN NO FLAVOR OR EVEN A HINT OF SEASONING, this is the 2nd time having an issue with my food HERE SO THIS TIME IM POSTING CONSISTENCY IS KEY …
My family and I lovee......this place! Great customer service, environment, music and last bust not least AMAZING WINGSSSSSSS! Make sure to try the bone in mild and honey lemon pepper flavor.
Update 3/23/18 - they make a vegetable fried rice that will knock your socks off! Also, my mom and I met the owner today. He's such an amazing person. I pray that WnB is open forever and that many people can come here and feel the compassion that we feel. To WnB employees please don't ever lose the great customer service and quality you give!
This is my first time eating at this location because I was in the area I love the chamblee tucker location but this one by far is disgusting I almost threw up when I opened my food. I never knew you can burn rice and give it to someone. I must say when I called to complain the guy who answered was very pleasant and was willing to give me a refund but I ordered through door dash thank goodness DoorDash refunded me because this is nasty and I will never order from this location again. Also I didn’t like on DoorDash they didn’t give you an option for special instructions because I wanted lemon pepper wet and I didn’t want eggs or onions in my rice but I was willing to take a risk until I received this mess.
Update: Drove over during heavy traffic just for this place to be randomly closed early on a Wednesday. Please update your website when closed so I don't waste my time or gas.
Whenever I'm in the mood for a big juicy burger, I order it online and it's always ready for me when I arrive. Always tasty!
