Ordered food over phone, it’s dirty inside, my order wasn’t right, wait time was long as ever.. Customer service was ok, nothing was right for me this particular day or time.. Smell like a sewage problem and it wasn’t what o expected. Okra suppose to be full but not.. Wings.. Were too soft.

When we first entered, I thought the place looked pretty clean, but as I looked a little closer, the front windows needed a fresh cleaning. They were smudged and cloudy. Also, there were straw covers and other debris scattered all over the floor. On a positive note, the staff at the register was very friendly and took our orders quickly. I ordered 10 Teriyaki Wings and Wifey ordered the Fish Meal with Sweet Potato Fries. The young lady that took our order advised that it would take about 10 mins. We were pleasantly surprised when the food was ready earlier than anticipated. Though the food was decent, it didn't exactly knock our socks off - in fact, both of our stomachs were rumbling a little after we ate. 2.5 Rating
The wings weren't good. (Don't get the "Carolina Gold". They smell and taste like sweet vomit). This restaurant chain does not supply celery with their wings.
It's a good spot to go to when you don't feel like cooking. In addition, the customer service is great. I normally order a burger combo, the blue cheese burger is good. Or the #6 their take on chik fila.
I was very surprised by the food quality this visit. The food is normally fresh and prepared just right. The fish and the wings were decent, but the fries were undercooked and very soft and mushy. We couldn't eat them.
This is the worst location of them all. The workers have nasty attitudes, and they refused to fill the orders properly. The manager also provided false information regarding the menu. They place is also filthy. If you can choose another location, please do so. No one should waste money here.
Nice people and I still don't like how dry the wings are but, I got a turkey burger that was decent today (not a homemade burger, it's the premade turkey patty) and they did away with those crinkle fries (they should keep the new fries permanently)????????.
the guy took my order waiting almost 20 minutes just to realize he never put it in! also priced are to expensive
