DO NOT ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS OR DOORDASH. If people ordering through Ubereats place an order.. why wouldn’t you guys at least staple or seal the bag our food is coming in. Your workers are lazy, and that is so unsanitary of them and you as the owner. Like wow. You don’t enforce such rules? I’ll be sure to post this on uber eats so others will feel discouraged to order.
The food and general atmosphere is a 5. The service, speed of the food coming out, and rational behind their policies is a 2. Also, the automatic 20% explains why there is no urgency with the servers. You may get me for 20% on this visit but lose it on subsequent visits because some in my party said they would never come back. Yes, we spoke to a manager but have no idea if the concerns will be forwarded to the owners on Nashville.
Nice decorations, atmosphere and vibe for brunch on Sundays. Music was good and had good playlist. I have visited several brunches in Memphis and other cities and the customer service could improve at this place. Mimosas do come in a pitcher, which is good. The food had great presentation although my syrup for my peach cobbler french toast was missing and I realized it after eating half of the plate. Also they can add at least 2 chicken strips or some smoked sausage to go with the toast or just add this brunch item as an appetizer. Other than that you would enjoy your time here as it is a nice place to visit.
II haven’t been to this establishment since it opened. Let’s start with the dude at the door. How my friend walk in 3 mins before me and pay $10 but I’m charged $20? Get to the bar and the bartenders not using the spouts/pourers they are under pouring and charging $15 for a shot. Server was lowkey inattentive and it wasn’t many inside so… but yeah. Get y’all ish together. It’s the principle.
The atmosphere is live! We enjoyed it.. the food was great and the drinks were strong just like we like em! We wanted to sit down but we were told its $75 an hour. So we stood at the bar, but we still had a great time. We'll definitely be back.
PATHETIC!!!!! service horrible, brought out dirty cups...one literally had someone's lip print eith lipstick on it...bottomless is at their disgression....they refill your cup when they get ready...I do mean whenever they get ready & they had a full house...brunch ends at 3 & about 6 of us wanted to catch it for $50, but our order wasn't taken until half way in the hour
Great service. You have to go to the bar to place your order for anything and everything. The server brought us everything we ordered though and she had a great personality. Chicken tenders are horrible but the shrimp is great!
