Came to DMV to renew my license, find a quick spot to have lunch and found this awesome gem! Rib falling off of the bone and Briskets are tender and flavorful, love the mom and pop style, i have no problem pit it against Pinkerton, and it taste better than The Pit Room!! Highly recommended!
I highly recommend this gem, the brisket was cook just right so soft and juicy . This place is a hidden gem . Definitely worth the drive: small but clean and cozy location. Very polite and friendly stuff on a professionalism level.
Gotta try the Mac & cheese and mash potatoes.
Witt Pit BBQ is a solid solid BBQ spot. the ribs are fall off the bone good and the brisket is tender and full of flavor. the side dishes are also delicious. the people who work there are kind and most welcoming. i can’t wait to try the dessert. there will definitely be a next time. Parking may be difficult when it gets busy.

As a brisket lover and smoker myself I was impressed, I’m usually not impressed!
This brisket was perfect, good taste, rich, and perfect bark and smoke!
The flavor was just right
Lately it’s been going down in quality. We ordered 3 meats w/sides.
Brisket was extremely dry and bland. I don’t like bbq sauce but I had to add just to eat. Ribs were bland and the chicken tasted just like smoke. Definitely not worth the money you spend. My family and I will not be returning.
The banana pudding is good though!
Enjoyed this establishment. I don’t remember the individuals that served us but they were so kind. One was an African American man, he sliced the meat, I believe he had dreads. Wonderful guy. The other person was a woman that works the register during the week. The meat was flavorful, slightly on the salty side but I understood they were working things out. I’d like to revisit them again.

Love this place! The food is AMAZING and the prices are reasonable! We always have leftovers. I'm glad they've continued to expand, but I'm still hoping for more seating. They're usually pretty busy, but it never takes long to get our order. You have the option of eating in or taking it to go. You can also place large orders if you want to order by the pound.
