A nice, quiet restaurant. It is located on the corner, and the signage is not too big. So it is a but hard to make sure that you are at the restaurant.
We were greeted right away. Friendly service. The food arrived quickly after ordering, and the food was amazing. We will definitely be going back again.
We had a Germantown burger, cheese curds, and a glass of red wine. Very good.
Burgers are excellent and so it’s staff. Great selection of beer too. They have mushroom burgers for vegetarians that are good too
Cool spot off the main drag, food was amazing, service was great and a sweet beer selection! The gluten free bun was the best I’ve had out at any restaurant. We’ll be back next time we pass through!
Came here because my husband loves this place. We had the cheese curds which were melt in your mouth amazing definitely must have. Then however we got our burgers. The buns look home made but they didn’t have great texture they ripped apart, but they are huge. I got the Wisconsin burger add bacon and egg as recommended, it just didn’t have much flavor of anything. All I could taste was the grilled onions. Fries also nothing special. Wasn’t a fan of the fry sauce or ranch. Fried Oreos were very good and only 1$. They were able to get us in pretty quickly for blooms day weekend. Service was good. The atmosphere was fun and it’s tucked away in a cute little neighborhood.
What a fun place to grab a quick burger and beer. Great atmosphere, wonderful service and the burger selection is amazing. My only critique in the food department is that they have fresh ground beef, so I was excited for a medium cook, but both our patties came out well. This was a disappointment, but thankfully was still juicy. We got the potato salad as our side, which was a very good mustard based version. We also got the fried pickles and cheese curds. I would say the pickles are the best version in the city, especially with the dip it came with. Service was on point, and every person we came into contact with was pleasant and helpful. I was in town for work so I decided to visit this place since I love cheese curds.
The service and staff were amazing. Very friendly, courteous and always attentive to your needs.
The place is nestled in between homes in a neighborhood. It was clean and had some outside seating during great weather.
Food was just ok. The cheese curds didn’t have many curds, more extra batter than curds. They didn’t come with any sauce, had to order some (extra charge). They were just ok, I have had a lot better especially in Wisconsin. I had the bacon blue burger. The bun was great, fresh and soft. The burger was good, cooked as ordered. Just wish it had less onions and more blue cheese. Not strong enough for a blue cheese burger. Fries were salty but not bad.
Give the place a try, it just didn’t hit the spot for me.
Meeting family for dinner - it’s obvious it’s not busy! Rather than seat me while waiting so I could grab a beer I was told to wait. Too bad for missed revenue … meanwhile the host went back behind the bar to look at his phone … too bad! The place has great food but this was disappointing!
This place is tucked away in a neighborhood. It was a great experience. We got there just before the crowd came in, and that delayed our order. Which was fine. It worked out. The food was fresh, hot, tasty, and worth every penny. Those cheese curds.... Have mercy! Delicious ????
