Delicious! Beautiful setting and wonderful service. The spicy burger I had with fries was amazing. Unfortunately I was so excited once served that I forgot to take a picture. But here's the salad bar! So that says how good everything is and was. Off the beaten path in Spring Green but be certain that you stop by!! ????
We went with the Wisconsin Riverside for our reception venue and food, and we couldn't be happier that we did! Cheri was great to work with during the planning process. The food was wonderful and the event space looked beautiful for our wedding. We also got a lot of great photos by the river. 100% recommend!
We went for fish fry and had a great meal. The service was quick, we got there early enough to get a table right away, with a nice view of the river. I had the fish and my daughter had the BLT, we shared the garlic cheese sticks. I love that they have mocktails on the menu; I had the peach ginger lemonade and it was delicious.
This is just a review of the restaurant, we didn't stay on the campgrounds or enjoy any of the outdoor activities.
Excellent bar type restaurant, with a large menu of burgers, sandwiches, and the like. Reasonably priced as well, drinks too. I had the buffalo chicken wrap, which was filling and tasty. I didn't like that the sandwiches came with chips, which tasted slightly stale, probably from a bag?
But as a place to go after plodding through House On the Rock, it scratches the itch.
We have been going to Riverside for several years now. It's absolutely beautiful there. You have 3 options to swim, you can play putt putt. There is so much to do. The grounds are very nice. It's just a very nice place to stay.
Peaceful campground, not busy at all during weekday stay. Mini golf, pool and shuffleboard all included with camp fees. Close to campsites. The wibit course was a long walk from our campsite and wasn't something our campers wanted to do but looked fun. Restaurant was amazing - we actually did 2 nights picking up food from restaurant and bringing back to our campsite. Cute camp store with affordable items.
Went here for first time. Not impressed. Dining room floors were dirty. The salad bar area looked unkempt. Waitress allowed are sodas to go empty. Waitresses chatting it up in corner. Food not good. Wouldn't visit this place again.
Beautiful RV resort on the Wisconsin River. When we checked in everyone was super friendly. We stayed there so we could tour the Frank Lloyd Wright house. The RV park is very close. There is lots to do at the park. They have a pool, and a baby pool. Basketball, pickle ball, playground, laundry facilities, they also have a restaurant on sight. You can sit outside by the river and have drinks. There was only one down fall. The wifi is very weak. We had no phone service with Verizon unless you walked up to the main building. We enjoyed our stay!
