Best WLM Reviews
We have driven by this wonderful gem several times without trying it. Very happy we finally gave it a go. The food was excellent. The garlic Parmesan onion rings were exceptional. Service was great. We found Wisco’s very clean and tidy. This will definitely become a regular spot for us. Also, this will be a place for us bring people who are visiting to enjoy the local fare and a beer.
Wonderful food, absolutely stellar selection of beer, and shockingly reasonable prices for huge portions. The service was polite, upbeat, and unobtrusive. If you like bar food but you're looking for a sitdown quality meal, this is a perfect fit.
Decent food. My Wisconsin chicken melt was great. Fries were crispy with out having to ask (thank you!!!) service was slow. Seemed like they only had one server (the bartender ) on. Way to many tables/people for one person. Our food and app came out at the same time. At least everything was hot and fresh.
Amazingly service we were immediately seated and got our drinks fast ordered our food and got it in 10-15 minutes really fast since were 6 people food was hot and warm server was really nice would come again 8-7-24
Good food and service. Friday night at 6 pm, they were not too busy and we were seated immediately. We had the Friday Fish Fry and Garlic Parmesan Onion Rings appetizer. The onion rings were really good, nice crunch and flavor. The fried fish was great, batter was not too thick and had a nice flavor. The fish was flakey and not overdone. The coleslaw portion was a little small and did not have much flavor - I prefer a tangy coleslaw dressing so that may be just my take on it. The marble rye bread had great flavor but did not come with butter, which would have been nice but wasn't necessary since I ate it anyway. Overall they have a really good Friday fish fry and we will be back again.
Joe is an amazing bartender. His performance is comparable to when the United States of America defeated Great Britain in the revolutionary war. Owen’s serving capabilities made me happier than when my ex girlfriend told me she loved me. Overall a 10/10 experience.
arrived at 3:15pm today. music was very loud. ordered right away, 2pc fish baked with no dill, mashed potatoes & root beer. waited 25 min, order finally arrived. fish was dark (like it had a rub on it) & a little over cooked. tasted salty. potatoes were perfect. marble bread was dry. staff tried to accommodate but failed. no discount offered. paid full price of bill. rather disappointed. been here many times but this was it. won't be back EVER
The wings we had were excellent. Some of the best wings I've had. The cheese curds were pretty poor on the other hand, lots of small, almost hard, breaded things that lacked much cheese. Our server was great and super attentive in a good way. The environment was quiet, which is fine, but overall the atmosphere didn't do much for me.
