They said they will call between 4.30pm to 5.30pm for phone consultation but they call at 3pm while I was busy at work and they said they’ll call back but never and this is not the first time. It seem like the doctor here don’t present any patient and kindness at all. Planning to change to another GP, this clinic is useless
I like this place been here awhile. The reception are alright If you can't understand them, I make sure they can hear me...&...they hear me ????...Abit of patience come from patients...????️
Doctors and nurses are fantastic. Reception staff are absolutely wretched. I was told I made her job hard because I mentioned my 3 kids were sick. The receptionist need to be changed. They make me want to change doctors.
I was not satisfied with the service. Dr. Wong, one of the doctors, was fine, but the reception reception staff was incredibly rude and impatient with the patients. They spoke loudly and unprofessionally, and made me feel like my requests were unreasonable. In addition, they even went as far as to say that their nurses were lazy. I found this behavior to be completely unhelpful and disrespectful. As a patient, I expect to be treated with kindness and respect, and I did not receive that at this GP's office. The front desk staff's behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I would not recommend this GP to anyone. I hope that they can improve their customer service and show more compassion towards their patients in the future.
Asked for phone call consultation, promised to call back at 10am but didnt see anyone call me then at 11am got a call back for few seconds without hearing anything then hung up then i called back Dr Yoga has put note as " patient no longer needed phone consultation" . Then Dr Wong called me for a phone consultation , he was nice but i told him that amocixillin does not work on me, he said okay he would change to another type of antibiotics but when i collected the prescription , it was amocixillin at 7pm already too late and closed . Causing me agonising pain strep throat feverish and chills ... i am gonna change family doctor
I was previously with East Tamaki Health Care who have misdiagnosed me countless times. After waiting an hour plus at East Tamaki Health care I found almost all the doctors and staff had no interest in the patients well-being... they only wanted to get me out of the room and prescribe medicine.
I am now very happy with Dr. Wong and all the friendly staff at Wiri medical. The place is always tidy, the staff are friendly and most importantly Dr. Wong is a very professional honest doctor. He takes the time to ask the relevant questions and I am very happy with the service I receive at Wiri medical. Highly recommend this practice 10/10
Dr. Herman Wong is a very serious and responsible doctor. He treats his patients very nice. If he sees a patient with a bad test result, he will call the patient personally after work to discuss and explain it. ????
It has been our family doctor for over five years.
Very friendly nurses, and knowledgeable staff. The Doctors are humorous, which is golden.
And, it now has a chemist adjoining, which is such a bonus.
