I recently visited this nail salon, and I was incredibly impressed with the overall experience. First off, the salon is super clean, with every station and piece of equipment being spotless. I love that they use only single-use tools, which ensures the highest level of hygiene.
If you're getting a pedicure, I highly recommend either Tiny or Ann. Both of them are super sweet, patient, and pay great attention to detail. Tiny, in particular, went above and beyond during my visit—she even reminded me to take photos and videos for my review after hearing me talk to my sister about catching up on reviews. It was such a thoughtful touch!
The heated pedicure chairs are a godsend, especially if you're like me and want to relax. If you're a busy person looking to catch a quick nap while getting massaged, this is the perfect spot. You can wake up to beautifully done nails!
They also offer 20% off services from Monday to Wednesday before 5 PM, which is an awesome deal! On top of that, they have a great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, at no additional cost when you’re getting a service done. It’s such a nice perk.
The only downside is the parking—it’s pretty tight and limited, so plan accordingly. Despite that minor inconvenience, this salon is totally worth a visit!
I came in to get a full acrylic set with French tip and not only was the customer service terrible but the quality of the nails was also. I paid $70 for short nails & she used gel white tip with telling me there was a additional charge. There was no conversation between Kathy & I until it was time to pay. I wont be coming back the nails are crooked & uneven.
I hardly ever get my toes done because of the fear of a fungus infection or any kind of infection due to improper tool sterilization. I had not had a pedi for about a year now and now that I went to get one my toes 2 days ago I have some swelling and It is sore with some puss. I notice that the nail tech took instruments from a sterilization pouch, but the pouch was never sealed in the first place. So I assume that they don’t sterilize their instruments due to what I saw. The instruments were removed from the bag without tearing the bag and I noticed that the seal was not forced or torn. Now I’m panicking about my toe. There was an anther client next to me with a black toe getting a pedi and the worse came to my mind. Now I have a sore swollen and puss coming from my toe and to add to it my nail is not cut straight it has a little ledge. Also I noticed that I got out of the chair after than other clients . I payed for the wax, Massage with stones. I’m very upset because I have symptoms and I have to leave out of the country for a trip in a day. Not go to the nail shop ever again! Hoping and praying that my toes does not get worse in my trip.

I have been coming here since they opened. I've gone through the weekdays and on the weekend. They have good customer service and always offer a beverage. They are clean and sanitary. My tech is Ann. I have used others but I am naturally drawn to her and she really is attentive to my pedicure needs. I am hoping things stay consistent. I have never left unsatisfied with my service. I am allowed to speak up an let them know if I like what I am receiving so they can make corrections. I appreciate not being cookie cutter.
Customers service here is very high quality. They greet you when you arrive and I am always offered a beverage after being seated comfortably. This was my fifth visit and I always request Ms Tori to do my nails. She’s so sweet and always brings my request to life.
I really like this place. They seem very nice and welcoming. I don’t get pedicures often however when I do this is my spot. Plus they are literally down the street from my house.
Perfect ELLIE!!! I love Ellie , she is personable and will tailor your nails just for you. She knows her craft and she takes her time to create perfection for you! She has a beautiful personality and she strives to make sure you are Happy.! I am an older woman and I don’t like too much fancy ! I love her ombre nails but today she not only did my nails ombré, but she matched my ombré nails with my toes and it wasn’t overpowering and I love them! Perfect as usual Ellie!! I went in to get a full set on Friday. 11/ 29 The gentleman who did my nails rushed through the process. I washed my hands and the top coat completely wiped off. Nancy offered to soak off and redo my nails. However, when I arrived on Saturday, she just removed my polish, filed my nails and repainted them. Today, 12/04, two of my nails broke while TYPING! I called the salon to speak with Nancy and she stated she can fix them but she’ll have to CHARGE me. This is absolutely ridiculous. I tried this salon because of the reviews. When I arrived, the staff was so inviting and friendly. However; the quality of their work is not worth MY hard earned money.
