It was good in the beginning then I was sitting on a comfortable chair and on two occasions the manager came up with others in the room yelling at me cause my eyes were closed cause I was resting them and accused me of sleeping, a threatened me to ban me from the recreation room where you play pool. Then the other kids in the park has very potty mouths and our dirty laundry was in bags tied up to go to the laundry mat and they were stolen.
The staff is so very helpful and friendly. The pool is always clean. They have a big clubhouse with all different sorts of activities, from Coffee and donuts to live bands, and pocker and billiards.
300+ spots makes it a little crowded, however my experience was actually good. Would stay here agian. Didn't mind the cats, some were very friendly. Met some interesting people here too. Overall a very good experience. Price was reasonable too.
Do not move in here if you like having electricity. The electricity goes off for hours and/or days at a time because corporate refuses to pay to have it upgraded. You cannot count on air conditioning or refrigerating your food because of the electrical problems here. Yet they keep raising the lot rent and moving people in here!
I don't usually even write reviews, but I just got off the phone with them to ask a couple simple questions. The woman was so ridiculously rude. I was trying to give them a situation. I understand they did not have anything at this time was asking for recommendations and she kept repeating herself, we don't have anything available. I got that… People should not have jobs like that. Maybe they should get someone with a little bit of empathy and customer service
The park is very, very tight, but one of the more affordable ones in the area. I called to ask about the lot rent and amenities, but after thanking the woman I spoke with, she just hung up on me. Seems the poor ratings come from the customer service and representatives, not the park itself.
This park doesn't seem to have any rules. Most of these places look run down and cluttered. They are too close to each other. Don't know how it passes code or fire inspection.
Customer service was horrible for my experience. Lady who called me had the worst attitude. she didn't want to help me or answer my questions without a snoody remark. Really dissatisfied as I found a nicer establishment. Despite my better judgment I decided to drive by the facility just to make sure I wasn't missing out ,let me tell you do not waste your time unless you want drug addict neighbors or stray cats everywhere. Trash in a lot of peoples "yard" if that's what you want to call it.. I don't usually leave reviews like this at all but this place takes the cake.
