Lots of play, easy to get around. I only can't give 5 stars because it's not made for me and my age group. I'm 40 and every bit of music played is what my parents listened to. Like the place seems skued to those over 65. Also need more gluten free food options.
Rooms were updated and clean. Wish the pillows were a little firmer. I felt the down comforter was too warm for August. I wish hotels would have a better quality bath mat or least include more than one. The shower does not have a door so the floors get wet. Our room was very quiet considering the amount of people staying the weekend we visited.
My Family and I have been visiting Winstar World Casino for the past 7 years. For the most part, we always have a great time. The thing I love most about this Hotel is, if something was to occur during the visit, they always make adjustments based off of the surveys. Their Staff does everything possible to help rectify any issues you may experience. It’s a great location, not far from Dallas.
Getting accommodations in the Spa Tower is absolutely amazing! I had the opportunity to stay in the corner suite, and it is breathtaking and spacious.
The Hotel rooms are nice & clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is very accommodating. My only complaint would be parking, and getting a shuttle ride to the Hotel. It’s nearly impossible. It’s huge and a lot of walking. Most importantly, I feel safe visiting here with my Family, and we love to visit semi-annually.
Great casino and always clean, rooms are nice and warming. Your customer service reps on the phones could be better..
Can’t wait till Texas build their casino and you guys run outta business
I haven’t been able to book online for rooms in YEARS. Keeps saying booking error and nobody answers me or even attempts to try and fix my issue. The machines are super tight and feels like it’s harder to win anything nowadays.
I’ve been calling all week to try and get a room this weekend and the hold times are ridiculous. I’ve waited all week and finally get someone to see if I can get complimentary room this weekend and she immediately goes “your offers only count for Sunday-Thursday. Ok and? I’ve been able to get rooms on weekend before.
So much for being an elite status. It’s nothing different and not worth trying to get. I won’t be doing anything to try and keep the status either.
Super amazing stay! So nice to have such a luxurious hotel be close yet far. I enjoyed having a nice stay-cation for a couple of days. The staff was absolutely nice. I recommend coming and staying for a concert or a friends get together. I enjoyed the cleanliness and ambiance!
My wife and I come here frequently. Sign up for the membership card and reap the rewards of being a member of the players club. We often get play money, comped rooms, free food. For us the only downside is not having a place to charge our Tesla. The closest charging station is Ardmore Oklahoma or Denton, Texas.
Wish we had one in the metroplex!! Didn't stay overnight.
Most of the machines are the same just different characters... spent $100 on random machines. Came home with $7!!
This is a nice resort Hotel. Our room has 2 queen beds, a microwave (maybe) and a small fridge and coffee maker with coffee pods. The restaurants, shops and pool areas are very nice. Even if you don’t gamble, this is a nice place to stay. We do like to gamble, so it is nice to be offered a complimentary room during the week. We stayed two nights and enjoyed some casino credit and some food credit as well. The hotel areas are kept clean. We will be staying here in the future.
