Did not stay at the hotel. I was there for the poker room. Very nice setup, very clean, and the people were awesome. This is the world's largest casino, and it's NO wasted space. A slot machine I'm every single nook and cranny. You will LOVE IT HERE
Absolutely amazing. Have to try the food cannot go wrong. The rooms are immaculate and the service is top tier. Great experience plenty to do for everyone. They have those buggy carts to dash around for an affordable price and they come in handy. Definitely try Toby Keith I love that place. Pork chops are on a new level all by themselves.
We got a special deal on the room and had some food credits and gambling credits. It was a great deal and the room was nice, however we had lots of different styles of pillows but the bed was firmer than I prefer. The bathroom and shower was very nice. There was a built in nightlight in the bathroom which was helpful. They had a microwave and a refrigerator in the room which you can fill with water and sodas from outside
They also provide tea and coffee and have ice machines. They offer room service from the Terrace View Cafe. We chose to go down and eat in the restaurant. The food was very good and service was also good. We actually got real half and half for our coffee
Neat place but pretty smokey smelling. Several restaurants and pools. Need to try the golf next time. I would recommend checking it out but it's like any casino. No windows and loud with lots of lights. A bit of sensory overload if you will. This app wants 200 words to leave a review. Seems like I am writing a novel here.
I had a mail coupon for 2 free night stays with no strings attached until I went to use it. They said since I had a 0 balance on my Players Card I needed to add some play/credits to get my free stay. Well I did and sure enough all of the sudden they had a room for me. I did enjoy my stay there. Except for being in a room #10514, next to the Staff Service room who sounded like they were ramming through the wall more than a few times. The conditioner bottle was empty and the lotion bottle came off the wall it was mounted to. I did get to use my $50 food coupon at Kirby Steakhouse. When I went to dine the hostess said u had to have reservations...well it was an hour before closing and half or more empty so I asked her boss and he gave me a table. Kudos to them! I didn't win but I will probably go back. Especially if I get some good comps! Thanks WinStar!
We paid $200 a night for a basic room with no hot water in the shower, nothing extra not worth the money! The casino was huge but it seemed like the games we wanted were far and few. I will say Kirby's steakhouse was amazing I had the best steak I've ever had the service was just as good!! The buffet was horrible not worth it. Cowboys bar and grill was very good for lunch!
Had a great time at WinStar Casino with friends! The place is massive, with a wide variety of slot machines and table games, so there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the food options—lots to choose from!
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get pretty crowded, which made it a bit harder to find a table at times. Also, navigating such a large casino took some getting used to. Overall, though, it was a fun and exciting experience. Would definitely recommend visiting with friends!”
I want to talk about their security and administrative staff. They impressed me so much. I hit a jackpot for over $200. I was excited and ran to find my husband. Grabbed my phone and player's card and hit cash out. Then walked away without grabbing the ticket. I know, how dumb. Went back to the machine and new people were sitting there. I asked about the ticket "we haven't seen it" I went to customer service/lost and found to report it but figured it was a lost cause. The security guard at the desk agreed but said "let me talk to someone." Well, that someone was so helpful! He took down my information and came to find me about an hour later with a voucher for my ticket. Took that to the cashier and they gave me my money! Since I had used my player card they could see my win. And the person who took it used their player card too, so they were easily traced. I was amazed and so thankful!
