Well im gonna give it 5 stars just for Tonya's personality. She is very helpful and I believe will continue to be as long as people do right. The place looked clean on the outside to me. I can tell by her personality before I even get there the place is decent. We are at suburban now and it's ok but the people seem a little too wild here for me. I'm going to winona this week and I'm happy about it.
Its quiet here. We like the location. We have no bugs and they spray once a month to keep it that way
Wynonna use to be the best but now it's getting to be bad.The drug heads and drunks are taking over and it seems no one cares.no sleep at night it's getting to noisy from bad people so if your wanting a decent quiet place it's not here .The dollar means more than the comfort of the tenant
For the money this place is making off people these rooms should look a hell of a lot better than they do, tey are charging $1200 a month for these rooms and dont even have a full size fridge or anything to cook on. Seems like these people are just out for money to be honest. Room smelt musty all the time and i found a few roaches crawling around. Traffic going past this place is ridiculous. This place needs to step up their game. I will never recommend this place to anyone, unless they like their money stolen, cause that all that's happening. We stayed at suburban studios and had king size bed, full fridge, stove and two sinks,Laundry service and the place is a hell of a lot better. You get what you pay for at suburban.
Thank God for this place and for Tonia and Chris! I'm not sure what we would have done had we not found yall! Our room is absolutely spotless. We haven't seen any kind of criminal activity of any sorts! Just feels safe and cozy! And don't get me started on how amazing Tonia is!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
Good quiet clean place to stay Tonya and her husband are very good people. They really go above and beyond to make your stay a good one....
My daughter stayed there 4 years ago I hope they have improved it... mattress was to big for bed and the door was obviously kicked in at one time and was put back up and duck taped in it was a slum moved her to a different motel. Would not recommended.
We stated there 6 months and Tonya&Chris are very nice people it was very clean and they care about you me and my husband on the street and she helped us we left there thinking l could do better but found out different it is a little loud with the traffic and all and is very clean Tonya was very good to use and we will be back
