Love the area and location of establishment. Limited seating for dining in, a bar and adult beverages included in the dine in experience.
The customer service could use improvement. Would say pricing is befitting for portion. Really good Mac and cheese. I enjoyed the chop beef and rib potato. Definitely would recommend you try this place if you are a bbq lover.
Saw this one on Tik tok and decided to come check it out. It’s in the back of the parking area. The vibe inside is dark and speak easy type, they have a bar and you order/pay at a register, there are tables to eat. There were claims online that this spot had the best food however I’m not so sure. We have some great spots in Houston. The baked potatoes were small, very small like a grocery store bag of potatoes actually. I paid over $10 per potato smh and they were Nothing special… brisket was good but the portion was so small we had to go eat afterwards. The potatoes were burnt also probably bc of the size so there’s that. So lesson here, don’t believe the internet. Lol We came from out of town and took away from our route to try this place and we spent $30 on this. Maybe the locals get better options for lunch. We came at 7pm, no line, hardly any wait time and not at all what was expected. And the Mac and cheese was luke warm, again a tiny bowl for almost $4, small portions for your money. Overall the food was average and portion size small. Waste of money honestly. Very Disappointing.
The ribs are amazing. Very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Customer service needs to match the food. Look at the customer, slow down and speak to the person paying you. Never realized they were right by my house!
Placed a pickup order that was done in 15 minutes. All the food was hot and super good, bbq sauce is different from what I'm used to but good regardless. Greens, Mac n cheese & sausage were warm and seasoned perfectly. Sweet potato pie & banana pudding were also great! ^_^
Food was nothing short of amazing. Ribs were tender, juicy and tasty! Didn’t even need bbq sauce. And OMG the Mac and cheese!!! So cheesy and flavorful. My partner got brisket nachos—not everyone knows how to do bbq nachos but WINNERS DOES!!!! I just had one and I had to stop from eating her food! Lol. Finally, a hearty slice of butter cake to finish me off. I can’t move in so full! No pics because I didn’t have high expectations lol wasn’t even gonna leave a review but I always remember when it’s bad so I said let me do one for excellent food. I think they are a B.O.B. As well so make sure yall support!
Got the 2 meat plate... pulled pork was flavorful and moist and the sausage was excellent. Decent portions also. Met the owner. This is family owned and operated.
The absolutely best banana pudding. I am normally not a huge fan, but this is not a mix and is made fresh by mom when you order, and is worth the trip. I would like to try their other deserts l. Smells like they use Mesquite wood for The meats. The portions aren't huge, but the meats were all good and everything tasted great.
