This place is awesome! The pizza was amazing. I got the "Nevadan," which I highly recommend. I also got the "lots of knots," which were very good as well. The jalapeño sauce is absolutely perfect! I wish I could order it back home in Iowa.
The atmosphere and ambiance are some of the best I've experienced since being in town. The decor and feel of the bar area and sitting area are very welcoming and warm. The gal who took my order was super sweet and friendly, as was everyone else I interacted with.
I will definitely be coming back while I'm in town for work. I have to come and stay for dinner next time. I really want to try the lasagna ????
This was the worst pizza I have ever tasted ! It tasted like card board . The sauce is way too much . They need to update their menu as they do not offer wings any longer . Very high prices for a horrific quality. When I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order I definitely felt out of place . Not a very friendly atmosphere.
We were looking for Italian food, but decided at the time of night we would go for pizza. The recommendation of the Winnemucca pizzeria could not have been better. Not only was the pizza great but the salads were very generous, and they were plenty of beverage choices. When we return, we will actually try some of the many Italian dishes they offer too. Service was very friendly and efficient.
Delicious food. Definitely hit the spot. My husband says, "I have a new favorite spot in Winnemucca!" ???????? I didn't take a photo because we devoured the garlic knots so fast! Yummmm! And a generous portion.
I am SO GLAD my son told me about this place! I'm fairly certain they have the best pizza I've ever eaten, including my own homemade stuff. They offer some really unique flavor combinations that taste REALLY GOOD, although for this trip we grabbed the BLT (which comes with its shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes in a separate box, A+) and the Perfect Pepperoni. Next trip I'm going to try the Butch Cassidy!
The service is excellent - very friendly, very competent, and very honest - they even took the time to warn me that a traditional menu item (wings) were cooked differently there than at most places because they didn't want us to buy food we wouldn't enjoy. Let me add here that the wings are amazing - their wing sauce is completely different than any other I have tasted, somehow sweet and spicy both without being overwhelming or gross. Again, A+!
The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is great, too. They offer seating at a long, roomy bar area, or at tables and chairs inside with enough seating for small or party-sized groups. Their patio area is expansive as well, and the decor is fun and inviting, the kind of 'Wild West' stuff common to our area of Nevada but also with some cute and humorous signs interspersed throughout.
I can't wait to drop more $ at this place again, absolutely worth every penny I spent!
Oredered take out. Was ready when stated. Had the hunter meat pizza and a salad with Italian dressing. I don't know what all the 5 star reviews are all about. I found the pizza to be very average at best. The salad was the highlight of my meal. Pizza was kind of dry in my opinion. It actually tasted better the next day cold. 35 dollars not worth a 16 inch lackluster pie and salad. Sorry won't be back.
I'm not able to review the food because we sat for 10+ minutes without anyone really acknowledging us, so we left. When we first walked in, a young woman, while quickly walking by us, said, "Sit wherever" and that's it. No one else looked at us or came by our table. So this place gets a big fat zero for customer service. We then went to Silver Peak Bar and Grill in Winnemucca and had fantastic service, food, and drink. I highly recommend that establishment.
Stopped here on our way through town. Lots of great choices for food on the menu and reasonably priced.
Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We had the linguine alfredo that came with a breadstick. Food was okay. The alfredo sauce was on the runny side but the breadstick was very flavorful.
The restaurant was very clean to include the bathrooms. Overall, we would come back again. This time try the pizza which looked amazing!
