The staff here are all AMAZING ????. Everyone went above and beyond for excellent friendly service.
The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The room was clean and very pet friendly.
The casino and sports bar very quaint and comfortable. We were luckily enough to be staying here on a Thursday night with our Niners playing!
I highly recommend staying here.
It was a wonderful experience.
Twenty motels in 23 days. This was our most "fun" stay. First, the room. The room was great ..... a very comfy bed and the room was good sized. The hotel (and room) was very clean, too. There was an attached restaurant (with good food). Our favorite part ..... wait for it ..... was the small casino! We're in Nevada! Given that my wife and I aren't much in the way of gamblers, we sought out the penny machines with goldfish on them. As luck would have it, I won enough over an hour's time to pay for the room, our dinner, a tank of gas and still had a little left over! Thanks Winnemucca Inn!
This place is actually pretty great. They accommodated us getting a ground floor king room due to my knee being really sore from traveling. We stayed here on our way to Utah and the way back. Front desk staff was so nice! They have safes, fridge, microwave, coffee pot and nice mattresses. Pool and hot tub opened until midnight. Great little restaurant. Small gambling hall with slot machines only. Everyone was very friendly and we had a blast!! Pet friendly rooms as well! Will definitely stay again!
The employee are cool. The restaurant is closed until 12/25/24 but that’s not shown on the website. No outside food allowed so lame! I’ve stayed here 4 times and 3 of the 4 times the room heater blows cold…burrrrry.
Winnemucca Inn came through! The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly. They’re pet friendly with clear rules. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and the staff promptly and kindly asked some teenagers who had snuck into the pool to head out. We had a much better experience than at the Best Western down the road that costs much more. The casino lobby does smell strongly of smoke, but not a big deal if you don’t spend much time in there. Great stopover on our way through. Will definitely be back!
We have stayed here for years, but this time we experienced several flaws. We've always gotten a good handicap spot, but they were taken. There aren't enough and the ones that were left didn't have hashmarks, which meant there wasn't enough room to get my husband's wheelchair in/ out (only two had hashmarks.). They gave us an ADA room that was the furthest away possible! My husband's arms were burning by the time we got to the room. When we discovered the light fixture at the desk didn't work, we tried to call the front desk only to discover that the phone didn't work! (We checked all plugs.) We were just too tired to make the trek to the front desk, so we did without those things. The beds were too high for my husband to transfer onto it without a struggle. He never had an issue with it in the past, but he is weaker after getting sick and so pushing himself up as well as over was difficult. I mention this for other wheelchair users to assess based on their needs and ability. Lastly, their new restaurant looks amazing, but the food doesn't match. Neither of us cared much for it, but I finished mine. My husband couldn't eat his.
Worst bed I’ve ever slept in. Had to wait 45 min for our to-go order at the restaurant, and then they didn’t even give us silverware. When we went back and asked for some, were told there was no to-go silverware (how am I supposed to eat mashed potatoes and gravy!?) so had to ask for regular, received begrudgingly. Wouldn’t let us place a to-go order until all the tables were bussed and other people sat, took over 5 min just to get our change back (I think they were hoping we would just leave and leave the change for a tip. Ha. Ha.)
Great one night stay on our road trip. Didn’t do the casino portion, but did eat at the on site restaurant. It was great. Rooms were nice and front desk staff was great. No elevator and we were on the second floor.
