Best WLM Reviews

The service here was friendly. The facilities were not new and there were some issues because of that. The room was large and clean but the toilet float stuck (which we repaired) and the shower water never really got hot. Forgivable problems. We got the online package and were credited $20 each for food and $25 each in free play. The food, despite arriving on a weeknight and the buffet being closed, was our favorite highlight. The Kasu Cafe had really good food for a really reasonable price. We got more than enough. The Cowboy burger was awesome. The casino was a different experience. The slots were old and worn out. So were the people sitting at them. The casino atmosphere was smoky and depressing at best so we didn't hang around long. But to be fair, I'm not a big gambler so keep that in mind. That might be typical for Midwest casinos.
Went down for the fish buffet and was not all that impressed.... most of the food was rather cold, and what was there just really wasn't that appetizing. Frozen cod fillets, I think I would have preferred Van de'camps. Salad bar was delicious, however, and the chocolate layered desert I chose was scrumptious. Otherwise, pry won't be back for fish night anyway.
Love this Casino! Easy & small enough to get around. Employees are happy & helpful. Great food, super clean! First place I want to go when I fly in From Cali. Here's a plus~ you can actually win on slots compared to Hard Rock.
New owner has stripped long time cardholders of already -hard-to- build perks !!
Over and over. Slots DO NOT pay out..
HARD ROCK CASINO in SIOUX CITY appreciates your business, unlike winnavegas !!!!!
Visited the casino on a Monday evening. Not more than 2 dozen cars there. Best part was the cheap gas price across the road. We did not stay at hotel it was over priced.
Drove from sioux city to winnavegas on Thanksgiving for the buffet. Got there over an hour before 3pm. We were turned down, over crowded. Needless to say I did not spend a penny there. I was going to gamble after dinner.
Only used the Golf/Driving Range simulator. The staff was very friendly and courteous in taking the reservation and making sure we knew how to operate it and made sure everything worked properly.
It was okay. I wonder if they are mid upgrade or something. No art in the halls or in the rooms.
Bathrooms were spacious which was nice. Microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, TV in room.
Weird stain on one of the blinds. Room smelled of smoke, even though no smoking allowed. Beds okay, bedding seemed dated.
Hot tub out of order. No heat in the pool. Breakfast not included. Exercise room available.
Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible. Connected to the casino. Restaurant on site.
$100/night. Option for 2 queen beds or 1 king bed.
It's a few miles off the Interstate with nothing else around like shopping or restaurants or theater or whatever. So if you go, that's all there is within 15 miles. Fun for gamblers like me, but not much for anyone that isn't into the casino.
