Victoria with the glasses she definitely made my day please move her to a higher position she always fixes problems when other employees don’t want to work
Just left btw????
I love Winn Dixie. They have everything you need (as far as food) without the wait time in line, bumping into people and walking around big open spaces looking at things you don't need. If you're looking for fresh veggies and fruit, this is a place to go.
Disappointing… instead of getting good customer service or approached with help , The manager accuses you of stealing just because you you mistakenly did not know the rules of the store. My fiancé grabbed his own bottle of patron and apparently crossed a line, and this Woman perceived to be the manager accused him of stealing and threatened to call the cops. We have no reason to steal and can afford everything we buy. Very disappointed at customer service these days. And sad how everybody jumps to conclusions. How about hi is there anything I can do to help? Instead of the cops are on their way.
Barely ever have people there you can always find discounts
This store is generally always very well stocked, clean, organized, and has great prices. I love how I can find basically anything I need other than just food at this supermarket like baby items, cleaning goods, household needs, pet necessities, and even Louisiana gear/souvenirs. Plus they also have a pharmacy and unlike other supermarkets you can get fresh sushi made here too (it is delicious btw). The only thing that could be better is the general customer service but other than that this store is one of the best around.
I arrived at Winn-Dixie at approximately 9:00pm. I only wanted to pick up a few items.. The store was clean and not crowded at all. I was able to run in and get everything I needed quickly. The cashier greeted me and was friendly. Overall I had a great shopping experience!
The store itself is very clean and kept up with. The meat is always fresh and they have good cuts. I only come to this one if there are good deals going on because the managers are so rude. The cashiers are very young but always friendly and helpful.
Carrie, my cashier was Great! Very friendly and helpful. Need more like her everyday. Very dedicated to her job. Knows her job more than most younger cashiers there!....☆☆☆☆☆ to Carrie!
