Stopped in to check out the local grocery store. I don’t know what is going on in this town but there were security guards at the door, and police on the inside hanging around. The lines were backed up down the isles and everyone looked like they hated their jobs. I did not feel safe, it’s not a welcoming atmosphere and I doubt myself or my family will go back.
5 stars for the very nice lady (Latina lady) in the fish department that steamed my shrimps/fish for me; I appreciate you. I forgot to get her name. If it wasn’t for her, her politeness, kindness, respectfulness towards her customers. I would give Winn Dixie 3 or 2 stars. Thanks and keep be as kind as you are. God bless you.
Customer service horrible. Staff horrible. Please leave your attitude at home. I'm a over-the-road truck driver and I travel throughout the United States by far this is one of the worst Winn Dixie I've ever visit. You all really deserve a NEGATIVE 0.
This location was as clean as to be expected. There was no sign of litter outdoors either. The shelves were stocked and tidy. The carts looked clean as well. The cart I used was good. The prices are great and the staff was helpful and engaging.
This lady is rude unprofessional and a racist and Winn Dixie need to fire her immediately. She gave me crab legs to purchase and when I went back gave and excuse that she wasn’t cooking till a certain time which no where on Winn Dixie site there no mention. If she wasn’t cooking till a certain time why she ain’t express that when she gave them to me …she always has a bad attitude and act like she don’t want to work….poor. Customer service ….Winn Dixie has unprofessional associates
Today, I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the customer service at Winn Dixie. I encountered a young lady named Rakenra, although I couldn't fully confirm her name as I didn't want to cause any disturbance. She was speaking loudly and made a comment about taking her badge with me. The incident occurred when she accidentally bumped into me from behind. When I turned to check, she insisted multiple times that she was not gay and there was no need for anyone to look at her in that way. She then called one of her coworkers to explain what had happened. Afterwards, she returned to the cashier, Armoni, and repeated the explanation. It was at this point that I tried to obtain her name because the situation had become too much to handle. This behavior was unacceptable, and I believe someone with such aggressiveness should not be in a customer-facing role. I kindly request that you review the security camera footage to address this issue.
For some snow crabs and stuffed clams and lobster tails everything was fresh
Always find everything I need here. They have some great deals (This week eggs were 99 cents!!!). Their meat selections are better then a lot of other grocery stores. Pork always has BOGO deals.
I usually use self check out most of the times I shop here, but the few times I’ve gone to a cashier they’ve been really great. Which is impressive, any other grocery store that I frequented often gad cashiers that typically seemed miserable, distracted, and didn’t seem to care much about their job or the customers.
Each time I’ve been to the cashier here I have been very happy with the experience.
Last week 2 lane were open and had a few people in line, only 2 people ahead of me so it wasn’t that bad I didn’t mind. Within a couple minutes an employee opened up the lane next to mine and rang me up super fast and efficiently. Very happy with my experiences here!
