Had great service! Our server, Jenna(?), made sure to take care of us, even on a busy Saturday night. When my meal was running slow, while others at my table had their food ready, she brought over a plate of fries for me to munch on. It was a lovely surprise. Food tasted great for me as well.
Delicious food for a decent cost! Our server was amazing! Give Shirell a raise and a bonus! Food came out hot and drinks constantly refilled.
Folks were dining with their kids- it didn’t bother me. It was a family friendly atmosphere while we were there.
Dined in tonight with my fiancé. Jordan greeted us at the door and was an absolute pleasure our entire visit. Give her a raise ????
Joseph was our server and was very attentive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We started with mac n cheese bites they were not great but we did eat them. We both enjoyed our food and had a nice night dining with you guys!
We started out wonderful as there were 7 of us and they accommodated us easily. Our server was spot on to begin with as she easily took orders in a very organized manner. She also remembered what each of us had on delivery. BUT she did not listen when I said the cheddar I asked for in lieu of American was in fact American cheese. She said it was definitely cheddar. I had everyone at the table taste to be sure and it was most assuredly American. Don't lie just because your cook tells you something. Trust the customer. That said everyone thought their food was good. From crab cakes to ribs to burgers and chicken Philly, though the philly was a chicken chunk rather than the normal sliced breast. Probably won't return.
The pretzels were awesome, prefer beer cheese rather than cheese whiz that they serve, pretzels is why we chose to dine at winking lizard. Pizza was average, not a fan of pre cooked sausage. They customize my wrap with plain grilled chicken rather than Southwest flavor. Onion rings are delicious, real onions and tasty breading.
JACOB our server was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to joke and laugh with him. He made our experience enjoyable. Way to go JACOB!
The server was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was on point very clean and engaging. We got to see Lenny “the lizard” the food came quick and hot. I had the jerk chicken sandwich with broccoli, so good. Tiff had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. She said it was very good. 8 outta 10. We will return for sure
Love the bloody Mary's at this place! I always order a bloody mary with dinner at restaurants and the winking lizard by far surpasses any other place I've ever had one. Their food is a bar type food, but it's also very yummy and reasonably priced. Great place! I've been to this location (mentor), beachwood, and also independence.
Another good meal - Buffalo chicken- and cocktails. I appreciate their bourbon selection given that it’s a chain. We’ve had the same waitress several times now and she is friendly, attentive and efficient.
