Best WLM Reviews
Amazing place for food & beer!! Beer selection is extensive but very easy to find a brew to please the palette. Food menu has plenty to offer as well. Wings were outstanding with a honey mustard hot sauce added on. Special sandwich of black forest ham on a pretzel bun was also spectacular!! Highly recommend this establishment!!
Had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated but mind you there was a bengals/browns game, The rock and roll hall of fame induction ceremony and the Yankees were here for a play off game. It was most definitely worth the wait. The wings were amazing the steak was cooked to perfection and the service was fantastic. Definitely a must stop in independence Ohio.
Came here on a Saturday (worst possible day for us cause of the game haha my kids and I don't like loud, not their fault) and the atmosphere was great and so was the food. Our waitress (can't remember her name) was very prompt and friendly with service and making sure we were good and had everything. I ordered plain chicken wings and they were very good. I love them thoroughly cooked with crunch and they were just that. I would love to come back again possibly when there isn't a game on.
Nice find when driving through Cleveland. Good food and service. Would recommend it for families or couples. Kids not allowed to dine in alone during evenings, must be 21 or with a parent.
I stopped for a late lunch this past week and the seasonal menu is great. Pierogi with beer cheese? Yes, please. It was a beautiful day and both sides of the bar were open. Service was fast and friendly which I appreciated during a lunch hour. I love the Lizard for the variety of food, quality, and reasonable prices. Atmosphere is casual. I will definitely return.
on the way to the East Coast for vacation decide to stop fun little place very family friendly, food was good service was fast great beer selection chocolate beer!
Was heading to a ballgame at progressive field and made a pit stop here for the first time for lunch. Definitely was worth the stop and will be back if I’m in the area. Lots of choices on the menu and the server was very helpful answering questions and giving recommendations! Food was very flavorful and good portion size. Also had a great view into the city.
We came into Cleveland for a SOKOL gymnastics meet and didn't want to eat the typical Dennys/Bob Evans/Applebee's/etc fair. Google brought up the Winking Lizard. Having small children, we had to to make sure that a place with the name Winking Lizard wasn't a strip club or gentlemen's club. The reviews looked good so we gave it a shot. I have to say, I'm glad we did! The restaurant is huge with both indoor and outdoor seating on a large patio. The food was high quality and an extremely generous portion for the price. The menu is extensive and their drink menu more so. I had the full rack of ribs which were cooked how ribs are meant to be cooked. The service was good and my wife and kids were extremely happy with their meals. I was surprised at the extensive kids menu. To sum it up, give the Winking Lizard a try, you and your family won't be disappointed in their large food selections and reasonable prices.
