Best WLM Reviews
The food here is a great value. It is very good for the price. BBQ chicken was excellent the ribs was also surprisingly good. They was tender and smoked. The only thing I would say nit to get is the side of mac and cheese. It basically tastes like a boxed mix. The baked beans was good though I would recommend them as a side.
I liked the look of this place and it had pretty good reviews. I also liked the unique name.
I had such a taste for ribs, but I ended up being very disappointed. I expected the full slab to come out on a plate, lengthwise like ribs generally get served. Each rib was already cut and were stacked on the plate in two layers and sauce was only on the top. I want my ribs to be covered and smothered in sauce. They were warm as if they had been sitting several minutes before being brought to me. Lastly, they weren't very tender, and were full of gristle and fat.
My waitress was very nice but almost 15 minutes went by from the time I finished until I saw her again.
Overall, I'm not sure if I would come back. If I do, it would probably be to try something different.
First time here and seriously impressed. Restaurant was very clean and our waitress was super nice. Food was very good. They have a decent size kids menu, which if you have kids you'll appreciate it.
Had lunch here and the food was great! The Cajun chicken spinach salad was so yummy. The fried pickles were 10/10. Lots of fun things in the lobby (arcade and prize games) just didn't like how crowded together the tables were, and the table tops were very sticky. Everything else was great!
The lemon orzo chicken soup was really good on a super cold Ohio day. The servings were huge, and the rest of our order was really tasty (nachos with beef, Cuban sandwich, honey mustard chicken sandwich). The only issue was we were seated in a table in the main dining room too close to the kitchen, so the traffic was busy, even though there were plenty of other open tables. I'd bet if I had said something, they would have moved us; the staff was great. But it wasn't that big of an issue. It's just one of those things like... why would you seat us here? Ugh.
Great place to watch any sports game you like. Fast service and food was delicious! If looking for some heat to go with your wings or burger try the Fire in the hole sauce ????
We had a great experience at this Winking Lizard location! When we arrived there was no wait, so we were promptly seated at a nice table in a corner that was distanced from other customers, which was nice due to covid restrictions. Our waiter greeted us immediately, and took our drink order. My parents were with us, and my father was happy to see a special that they are offering. A T-bone steak and two sides for $12.99, which is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays! We all enjoyed our food and the pleasant atmosphere! Overall a great experience!
Great chain restaurant. Food is consistently good and service is consistently prompt and polite. It is a sports bar with many TVs and a large bar area. They have seasonal menus which are great too. I love the crab cakes in the spring and the ribs during the summer. They have daily specials , which are a great bargain, such as Rib Night, Wing night and more. We enjoy it every time.
