I came here today on lunch break with a co- worker because the food is usually great. Today I meant too order the the fish fillet but I ordered catfish instead by accident. The catfish was not good and they gave me the wrong sides and for it too be 20+ dollars and not come with a drink is crazy, then when I call the phone goes straight too vm for 10 minutes when I finally get too talk too a manager and I tell her ide like a refund she tells me " No, we don't do that here" what kinda BS is that? I literally have hardly touched the plate! Like I said, food is usually great but customer service was absolutely trash today. .
Absolutely the best burgers in South Kansas City area (Grandview). The chef is amazing. The cashiers are always so nice. Thank you!
As soon as you walked in, you were immediately greeted. We ordered two soulful dinners, fried fish, and two pork chops with a delicious margarita. What can I say it was amazing. My husband and I were definitely pleased. You have to come try this out!
I usually don’t do reviews, but I felt like I wasted my money. This is the second time I’ve been here. The first time I went was a couple years ago and the second time I went was a week ago and it’s still the same dry ass wings I bought a 12 piece and only ate two pieces. It was so nasty. One ranch for 20 wings I asked for extra sauce they said it was in a bag. It was not that was on me cause I should’ve checked. The only thing good was the drink that I got the fries was cold and soggy. It was a hot mess I won’t be going back
We loved it the first time we were here, at least a month ago and she remembered us as soon as we walked in! As well as, we live in our rv and have little dogs! We got Hawaiian glazed and Teriyaki boneless wings, DELISH They also use turkey neck in their green beans so that those who don't eat pork can enjoy them too! They stand behind their product. If you have any issue, just talk to them they'll make it right. These reasons and so many more to eat here!
Very great customer service the french fries were delicious but I ordered the catfish and I couldn’t even eat. It was tough. I think maybe it wasn’t all the way cooked. I’m not sure. Very disappointed for the price. I paid though.
I stopped in one afternoon before work on a Saturday and the wings were just amazing, I had the house cajun rub and sweet wit a lil spicy! ???? yummy! There’s a nice lobby area with table and seating; good music in the background; good vibes. ???? one of those places I was delighted and really happy to have stopped and patronise.
I love it here, the drinks are cheap and delicious and the wings are bomb!!! The sweet potato waffle fries ???? mmm mmmm! I love the lemon pepper dry rub! A great find for my sister and I.
