im gonna be really honest, this wingstop sucks. they suck at managment and communication with customers. i was ordering wings and a fry, and the girl i was ordering from literally was so impatient she put my order in for me..me and my sister wait 12 mins and some tall latino guy yells at me to come get my food and then gives me a stank look. i take the food and i was just in awe. the fries were BROWN from the oil that probably has not been changed for a day. the wings were literally SMALLER than the fries. u could eat them in one bite. i dont wanna be that person, but i waisted 16$ on a horrible meal with horrible customer service. and when yall learn to answer the phone ill chew your tails about it to.
If you know you know.. Great Chicken sandwiches and fresh fries (not frozen).
If you like your wings well done, not stringy and fatty, skip Wingstop. I ordered 20 wings ($30 worth) for a game with doordash. I clicked the button for "well done" habanero-mango and when they arrived, they were not only not well done but were underdone. The sauce is tasty, but they were inedible due tio being undercooked and not really anytime to try to bake them as the game was on! Giving them a second chance I actually drove to Wingstop and waited 18 minutes for another $30 order of WELL DONE wings. I actually complained about the first order and this time, the lady put well done twice on the receipt. When I got home for the game. and bit into my first wing ... same thing NOT COOKED all the way. I had to put them in the oven on 350 for 15 minutes before they were actually WELL DONE. That was the last chance. I will be getting my wings from Q on Bay from now on, as when I order them well done there, they are actually well done. Wingstop's wing sauce was tasty, but if I wanted to cook my own, I'd just buy frozen and not get restaurant wings.

Ordered wings online specified well done. When I picked them up, they were cooked perfectly. The girl at the counter greeted me with a smile. All good. Keep up the good work guys
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I placed an order over the phone, got to the restaurant and picked up my food. Got to the house and noticed BLOOD was in my order. I immediately drove back to wingstop to show them and one of the employees tried to convince me that what I was seeing was just sauce from the wings. (Good thing I took pictures, and captured the blood on a piece of napkin) I then stated that what is on the napkin is not sauce from the wings it is actual blood, due to the fact that what is on the napkin is DARKER than the sauce. He then stated “ohhh yeah, you are right”.. sir, I know I am right, I 100% knows what blood looks like. Then I proceeded to get my refund! Please, if you order from this place please check your order!! Dealing with blood, especially IN FOOD, is a very serious matter.
Great fast service. Heads up, call in your order if you want to be in and out. Great setting if you want to eat with friends and hang out while eating. Great customer service.
This is a surprisingly legit wing spot. As a Chef, im very picky about my food. And I think the blue cheese is made in house, at least it tasted house made. Great job, Wngstop!
P.S. Trying to order here from Doordash was confusing. The app wouldn't take my order properly. But I'm glad I came in instead.
