All The young gentleman working this Friday late evening were outstanding! Super professional and polite. Super friendly and hard working. Sorry I didn’t catch y’all’s name. I know one of you was wearing glasses. (The cashier) wings were on point! Honey rub new flavor is bomb. Thank yall!
The worst. I gave it a few tries but I'm done. Aside from the food being soggy, the fries being overcooked, the drinks have been weird every time! How do you screw up a fountain drink? I don't know what they're doing in there but I have ordered a diet coke, lemonade, and a sprite on separate times and they have all tasted... weird. A little flat, but the flavor is also off. Like they don't actually have a branded soda fountain or something? Like the sprite is just some flat lemon soda? So weird. Avoid this location !
I have eaten here several times to go and in restaurant they've always been professional the food is always been fresh
Wasn't good. To much salt. Flavorless Mild Wings, food was cold upon arrival. Just should have cooked myself. Smh. Never again. Also my bag was not sealed when I got it from my Dasher. Be careful
My wings and fries showed up so over cooked that they were not edible. The problem was not in the delivery but the kitchen. They would not replace my meal unless I drove to get it. They gave me a refund but now Insit here hungry. Boo. Boo
The veggies were very wet when I picked up but delicious, just had to deal with a little water, I was worried the bag would rip but I love the food.
I don't even know where to begin with this Wing Stop location. For starters, the area is ridiculous based on where the store is located.
Next, our business clients placed their order online for this location and the order still wasn't ready when I showed up to get it. Hell, I drove from Plano for this meeting and now I know not to do it again. Basically, I sat there for another 45 minutes waiting and more importantly watching this locations staff... either on the company phone and/or on their personal phone acting out. And to make matters worse... the store wasn't busy at all.
Also, the way they were acting was beyond unprofessional and very childish. I'm usually the most relaxed person when it comes to a lot things but I definitely wouldn't recommend this Wing Stop location to anyone that lives on that side of town and/or visiting.
In the end, I rather drive 10-20 minutes out of my way to another store location than sit there that long again waiting for something that should have been done properly the first time.
1 hour for me to get a crew pack.
Ridiculous! Slow as molasses in this place.
Update: on 02/19/24
Decided to give them another try and man was I right the first time.
Staff needs to be tested for drugs because they walk around like there on another planet!
I ordered 24 wing family meal.
She said “ok it will be about 18 mins”
35 minutes later I go up to the counter and ask what happened?
He asked my name….. and said,
“It’s right here on the rack”
How was I supposed to know when you didn’t call my name?
He said “uhhhh I dunno”!!!!!
So I didn’t ask they wouldn’t have told me!
Employees need much more than training.
Maybe lay of the extracurricular smoke breaks.
Stay away unless you want cold food and spaced out responses.
