Called to place an order, took 20 minutes before I got irritated of waiting so I called again. Was immediately placed on hold. Around 5 minutes in I figured “Here we go again”. It’s a 10-15 minute drive to the place, so I decided to call again before showing up. Call was never even answered. I show up and it’s 3 ppl huddled up by the counter laughing and on their phones. I look over and see that the phone is placed down with call being dodged left and right. Terrible service for a place that’s suppose to be quick dine and go.
I came to this Location yesterday in ordered a 20 piece meal deal and a chicken sandwich. I did not receive half of my order and my chicken sandwich so when I called The cashier told me to call back tomorrow when they reopen and I did just that and was told that they couldn’t remake my meal or not even my meal what I didn’t receive I notified the manager that I have my receipt and I did call yesterday and was told to call today. I’m very disappointed because I have my receipts and I paid with my hard earned money for half of a meal that I didn’t even receive
I will NOT be returning to this location. My boyfriend and I eat at Wingstop weekly, just to be disrespectfully treated when visiting this location. The woman in charge did not want to give my boyfriend the military discount, when he always gets the discount applied for serving in the military. She asked another manager, and he stated in Spanish that he did not want to apply it to our order. When the order came out, everything was wrong. We were given the wrong wing flavors, the wrong sides, and the wings were dry when we clearly ordered wet, it was despicable. And we never received an apology or anything for THEIR mishap.
Food was stolen by DoorDash driver. DoorDash issued the store a refund and the store didn't give me the refund. Told me to wait 5 business days. Still nothing. Said wait a few more days. Then after 2 weeks they suddenly can't find my order to refund it. Out almost $40 and they won't even comp me even though I have a order confirmation and proof of purchase on my card. That's theft of services. Choose a business that actually cares about the customer satisfaction.
That girl in the front with the blonde hair who is taking orders needs to go. I waited over 30mins and walked out with no food. Placed my order inside and my food was on the food placer for who knows how long because the blonde hair girl kept walking away from the front so didn't even know my order was done until I realized people who came in way after me started to get their food. People that walked in waiting to order she gave no acknowledgment too and started cleaning things while they were just waiting on her. A guy was standing at the front and instead of taking his order she goes clean the drink machine and mops. The phone rings while he is standing there waiting to order and she goes to pick up the phone and then walks away to go back to cleaning. She did not check the rack to even see if my food was done. I had to go ask about my order after waiting for so long. I got into the place when no one was in there and wasn't busy. Once it got busy it became hell with that woman up front. The girl with the black hair saved them all because all were slow including the men cooking. I would only order here if she not working on the day I come.
Yunesi has great customer service. She was really nice and friendly. Help me with my oder over the phone with patience and when I got there to pick up my order the took care of with a smile and helped make sure my order was correct and even helped me with my drinks so they would not spill. Love her customer service. Recommend this location to anyone.
The service was great! The cashier was so friendly and helpful she treated us respectfully and kindly. The food came out quick and was delicious. Best Wingstop I’ve ever been to. The place was clean and the employees were great! Would definitely recommend going to this Wingstop ! Better than the ones near me????
The service that I experienced yesterday was despicable. From walking in and being ignored by staff to still having my order wrong and being gaslit.. I don’t think i’ll ever visit this location again.
