After having a negative experience at this location, I did decide to give another shot considering that was the only negative experience I had. While I do believe there are some employees who need an attitude adjustment, I do not believe that should reflect the entirety of the store.
Wings were great, everything was perfectly seasoned. When I asked for extra seasoning on the side I did have to pay for it but the manager made sure to fill the cup up entirely, so totally worth it in my opinion. The manager with pink hair is incredibly kind and definitely knows what she’s doing! I will be back
Got delivery from here, delivery person was kind. Didn't tamper with the food they did their job perfect.
My problem is within this Wingstop itself. Staff is not willing to fix their own mistakes for one, very disrespectful to customers. Called to try and see what could be done about it. Before I could even state my issue, I'm told to "hold on a second" which was fine I could wait, I dont appreciate being then hung up on. Before I can even state my issues.
Paid 60 dollars for 2 of the 10 peice wings, 2 fries and 2 sweet teas. Wings were fine, only problem was the fries look burnt and uncared for, tea looks like water with some sugar in it you can't even taste the tea. It's robbery asking for 60 dollars for a meal that isn't even made correctly.
( I don't recommend getting their fries, or Teas.)
Only recommendation is the wings clearly they have the wings done right.
Most often people say this place is a hit or miss. My experiences with the Wing Stop have always been a miss. The chicken is always dry or overcooked. It's constantly giving jerky. That ain't what I ordered. The fries are burned...definitely doesn't complement the zesty seasoning. After my last experience, which did not stray too far away from my general impression, I am fukcing done with this spot. I would gladly overpay for Ledo's wing over this place, any day.
Never in my 15 years of customer service have I left someone waiting nearly 45 min and not said something. I walked in and order at 736. I walked out at 811, AFTER, 3 people who walked in and ordered after me had already left with their food. I literally ordered 2 combos which consisted of wings and fries. And ended up with hot soda as they had no ice. You literally have 4 plus friers and just do wings and fries.
The service sucks you can sit in the line for however long and there still wouldn't be anyone up to take your order, they are severely understaffed and the food may be good but it does not make up for the amount of service you don't get. You'll see a lot of people get their order before you can and they will just give you a sorry excuse of "we didn't call your name yet" and I'd they ask you are you eating to go or in, SAY TO GO, don't say in because they will take their TIME if they weren't before, and to make it even worse their room where they cook is GLASS so you'll see them taking their time and looking at you.
We walked in and someone came over to the register after about 2mins to take our order. My daughter ordered boneless Lemon Pepper/Korean Q (spicy wings) we wait for about 7mins to receive the food. My daughter asked her blue cheese sauce, once she got her food she asked for honey mustard for her fries but it was an extra $1.50 so she didn't get it. I kept telling my daughter to check her bag before we left the store because we live 25mins away and we would not be coming back. When we got home she noticed she had ranch not blue cheese as she asked for. She didn't make a big deal but I think they need to make sure they're paying attention. The store was empty, so I'm not certain why the young lady didn't understand the name my daughter gave for the order or the sauce she asked for. It was pretty quiet in the store. The chicken was just ok to me. It was hot and ready when we got it and we put it in a hot bag so once we got home it was still warm. The fries were not good but my daughter said they're fries you need to eat while they're hot. I don't need to go back but my daughter said she would.
Don’t want to give this particular Wing Stop 1 star.Have just been treated appallingly by a lady that works here. We left the store and the lady working came out shouting in the middle of the street telling us to come back, we thought our payment hadn’t gone through so we returned to then be shouted at for not putting our empty boxes in the bin. I’d like to add that there was no sign saying to clean up your own rubbish OR even a trash can out in the shop available for customers to use, the trash can she wanted us to use was BEHIND THE TILL, I am confused as to how we were to know it was there considering it is never appropriate for a customer to be behind the till. I apologised and tidied up the rubbish and she still continued to shout at me and my family in front of other customers and two male staff working in the kitchen. I’d like to reiterate that the trash can was BEHIND the till counter and never in any establishment had I thought it was appropriate for a customer to go behind the till where the employees are for basic hygiene reasons.
She also shouted to us saying “cleaning the tables isn’t my job” but to be honest it didn’t look like she had done any cleaning at all in this store as it was absolutely filthy, can’t even say the food was nice either.
Don’t come here unless you want to be treated with awful attitude, bland food in an unclean environment.
Location is inconsistent. You don’t know what you going to get order to order. They don’t have to worry about me for a while. I ordered all flats fried hard this past weekend. Wings were fleshy and big… Two weeks prior I ordered the same thing and they were on point. I’m very meticulous about my wings. Extremely disappointed this time around, ended up throwing away damn near all 20 of my wings. The air fryer couldn’t save them.
