Ordered the meal for 2. 15 wings, 2 -20oz sodas and large fries $26.10 incl. Tax. Not sure if always allowed but they let us mix boneless and bone in with 2 sauces. We had the Louisiana rub and the mild. Wings were perfectly cooked and BIG. Fries were mixed sized fries so the larger cut ones were a little under done. The seasoning on the fries was great as always. Took a little while to get our order but ate in so have a bit to just relax. Would have been nice if the tvs were both on. Wet wipe packs being available would have been helpful as having to go to the single sink bathroom with messy hands was a hassle.
The service here is awful. Walked into place my order and it took almost 40 minutes to get my order. Seeing how the wings are flash fried ….I don’t understand why it took that long to get my order. The gentleman taking the orders seem to be unable to spell names correctly on the orders. The Soda machine was shooting soda all over the place and you were unable to get any drinks . They were trying to offer people a bottle beverage, but they only had just a few available. People were waiting 25 to 30 minutes for the order. The wings we received were drenched in oil and the seasoning on the fries tasted funny .The staff seem to be busy talking on phones and having conversations. Find another location!
I was told it would take 30 minutes but I waited for a hour. You could tell they were busy but they were working hard to get orders out and not complaining. It was an all male staff and they were very kind and friendly so I couldn’t even be mad about waiting. They forgot my fries but quickly made them. My food was made exactly how I requested it. Having kind staff goes a long way!

The food was well cooked. Fries and wings were crispy and loaded with sauce.
Only a few guys in the kitchen were working, and they were rolling the orders out. Great job guys!
Got 24 flats and asked for extra mild/hot sauce tossed with wings and for 2 sides of mild/hot sauce and got home and was no sauce on them nor did I get the 2 sides of sauce, called in to have it fixed and refused to fix it and said they will give me the 2 sides hot sauce and I asked can you please just toss the flats in the sauce since they were dry and the manager/ employee refused to fix it let alone to just put the 24 dry flats in a bowl/bucket to add the sauce I didn't get on my flats.. I don't know what has happened to customer service or this new generation of people but your service sticked and for $55 and $10 tip you all need to fix your customer service problem and fix the things you don't do..
We've ordered Wingstop through Doordash a couple of times, usually we're only missing the ranch dip or veggie sticks. This time our order was delivered with only 16 of the 24 wings we ordered and it was missing our ranch and veggie sticks. When we called Wingstop, the manager was very short and said "You'll have to take that up with Doordash.". He didn't even try to look for a box of 8 wings or any of the missing items that could have been sitting aside... we were very disappointed by his response. Nevertheless we contacted the dasher and were told we have to contact Wingstop as they are not able to open the bags to check for items. We then reported missing items to Doordash and had to get the Doordash credit. There was no option to get it refunded to the card. So we ultimately still paid the full price for missing items. Disappointed by the Wingstop customer service.
Placed an order at 10:57am for pick up at 11:30am, arrived at the restaurant @ 11:30am and they said they never received my order. Turns out they forgot to refill the printer with paper. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for wings. For a grand total of 50 minutes for chicken wings. Good job wing stop
This establishment doesn’t seem to put much of a priority on atmosphere. The store is pretty bland with a few modern posters around. The tables rock and are sticky, which was quite annoying at times. The staff seem to be pretty nice, but the store doesn’t have much staff interaction — which might be preferable to some customers. The wings tasted great, but I was incredibly disappointed in the spice level of the Atomic wings.
