My husband and I visited Wingstop last month! It was a Friday night and it was POPPIN’! The Wingstop Team was friendly and professional. Our food did take a little while, and that was directly related to the amount of people that were there before us. Completely understandable! My husband ordered wings and I ordered a chicken sandwich. We both enjoyed our food very much! Thank you, Wingstop!
We eat here once a week. Everything is good except for the fries. They are always limp and soggy. We always have hope something will change. 90% of the time we have to cook the fries more when we get home so we don’t have to eat undercooked soggy fries. Wings are great though.
10/10 would recommend not going to this wing stop. Ordered the 20 piece wings. These are the song of wings they gave me. Once I got home (45 minute drive) I called to ask for a refund because wings that tiny aren’t worth the 30 dollars I spent. When calling they gave me the run around for over 5 minutes just to say the manager isn’t there. (Which he was I could hear him in the background talking to the worker and I saw him when I picked up my order) they said he would call me tomorrow. He never called. I called again and they hung up on me. So I called back and they said the manager doesn’t speak any English. (Which is fine since I speak Spanish). Manager refused to do anything about it.
The fries are what make Wingstop worth it but dang the quality has gone downhill lately. Mushy soggy and greasy fries should just be thrown away. Also, it’d be nice to put rub wings on top of sauced wings not the other way around on a to go order. You’d think that would be a standard procedure. Also asked for extra seasoning and there’s barely any on there :/
Food wasn't great. Service was awful, with very long wait time. The lady at the counter had on a think black face mask and mumbled and you could hear anything she said. And the temperature in the building was -30 degrees. Had to go to my car to get a coat during my 40 minute wait on my food.
This place is awful????I ordered my food online. I got to the location to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. So I waited. Finally over 20 minutes later. I get home and they have forgotten half of the food. I called the store and no manager in duty. I was told we tried to call you and you didn’t answer. Of course not I’m driving. The bag was all taped and sealed up so my fault for not ripping it open and checking. The staff was COMPLETELY RUDE! They didn’t even offer to let me come pick my food up. Never again will I go there to eat! And this has to be the worst wings I have ever gotten from this location. And of course fries are nasty!
My son got bbq boneless wings and a bbq chicken sandwich. I got the classic wings with the sauces on the side. The fries were soggy. But everything was delicious. My son loves this place. We will be back soon ????????
Ordered 8 piece classic cajun wings w/seasoned fries to-go. 28 minutes later they bring it to the counter on a dine-in tray. Wings dont take that long to cook.
